L'hotel offre un buon servizio di raccolta rifiuti, è pulito e si trova vicino a Jonker Walk. Solo il parcheggio è lontano dall'hotel. I clienti devono registrarsi e comunicare il numero di targa dell'auto. Hanno digitato i dati sul computer in modo che la nostra auto potesse passare attraverso la sbarra del parcheggio. Se l'auto non è di proprietà del cliente, il sistema non riesce a rilevare la barriera e questa non si aprirà.

The hotel is in a very strategic location—right next to the Red House and within walking distance to Jonker Walk. We booked this place to celebrate our little one’s birthday, and he really enjoyed it! However, the slide next to the bed is quite steep and feels a bit dangerous for young children. We ended up placing a pillow at the bottom to protect him. It’s definitely a fun place for kids, but it can be a bit uncomfortable for adults. I slept on the bottom bunk of the double-decker bed, and even small movements made it quite noisy. A big shout-out to all the hotel staff—they were great. I mentioned we were traveling with a senior citizen, and they arranged a room close to the lift, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice room for kids and families

Nice hotel in the heart of malacca. We chose the balcony room. We enjoyed our stay until the last day when we requested late check out until 12.30pm but suddenly around 11.30am-12.30pm, our electricity was cut off . We call the receptionist they mention that some rooms electricity was cut off and awaiting someone to come over and check . As for all reviews mentioning that the hotel is noisy.. we indeed encounter noise in the afternoon and early morning. Light sleeper will feel annoyed as it’s not sound proof.. Other than that, it’s quite a nice hotel to stay .

My favourite hotel in Melaka. Close to all tourist attractions and the 7/11 few shops down from the hotel is super convenient too.

Best location steps away from Jonker Street, free parking space with some walkings, friendly and helpful staff and I will book again if the rates are not too high during weekend.

Hotel was conveniently located near jonker street (approximately 5mins). Room has 2 toilets if you choose the loft spiral room. Clean and spacious room and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, had a pleasant stay at Malacca.

Location wise it’s great. Close to the attraction. However if you know you have a renovation outside the balcony or something do not let your guest stay in the room that is just beside it. I stayed for 4days 3 nights I was awaken by the hammering at 8am for 2 days. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as well as you can hear jumping here jumping there could be due to the different room types Other than that other things is great

Me and family have a 2D1N pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is convenient and walkable distance to Jonker street. Rmb to use your VR tokens during your stay!

Fully air-conditioned lobby, decent design, comfy room especially the bathroom with toiletries. Convenient location, walking distance to jonker street. Free parking too but the car park is little far from hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Everything was very good except the flush in the toilet was weak. The VR entertainment room was trendy!

The soundproof of the room is not good but still acceptable. There are lots of ants even though I did not eat inside the room. The air conditioner of my room is really bad which was my 1st time using a standing fan (provide by you) in order to cool down the room and able to sleep.

It’s a great and safe environment. Spacious room just great for girl’s trip. Love the interior of the hotel. The staff are super friendly and polite.

Overall, the location is very strategic that it is within walking distance to the iconic tourist spots. However, the room is quite dirty that it is full of dust. The hotel didn’t provide free flow water and when asking the front desk people for extra water, they said want to check with manager and ultimately didn’t provide.

Hotel was nice. But sadly we were not able to try the VR room at all. It’s open for very limited hours and when we tried to go during the time stated, they disallowed entry as they mentioned they close early due to Ramadan. As mine was a one night stay, on the day we were leaving, the WIFI was down for the whole hotel and again we were unable to utilise our free credits for the VR room. They could not get the WIFI issue fixed before we checked out and disappointingly we had to leave without experiencing the VR room. All the staff could do was apologise and no compensation given. 🥹
