This is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway in (Location). The downtown area on Main Street is a best-kept secret, and the (Hotel Name) offers everything you need if you feel like you need to vent out.

Love the room with affordable rates. Alot of nearby attractions and food. 🙌

Spacious room and same building as the pine hotel. Yet no hot water during the shower.

I have been staying at this hotel quite a lot of times, worse each time. Pricing keeps higher and higher, deposit getting much higher(previous is RM50. But yesterday was RM200!), even though I stayed 5 stars hotel deposit was not much like here. The room is clean well, but the lighting in the side bed and sofa bed is totally no more, even though I can't read books on the bed(no side lighting beside the bed). The location actually is not so convenient, the parking fee actually is higher too. Talk about service, not provide service like hotel, onlly check in and check out can consider service. I am quite disappointed why the price rate and deposit rate are so high. But the facility in the room is less than the previous. It's not balanced for the guest. If you want to increase the renter rate, yes can, but must get more benefit for your guest I hope , the tenant can review my comment and restructure again the valuables for guest is based on my concern . Thanks

Everything is good expect two things: 1. We do not expect the management is not under The Pines. 2. Water heater like isn't working, force to shower with cold water.

Nice place and walking distance and convenient store as well just only disappointed those are come over to staying there deposit must done by online transaction ( only refund for local bank and not applied for foreign transfer) disappointed with this those come over from overseas is it considering go to their pocket Such a disappointed rexperience please do something about it for those up coming client stay over easy for them, I would suggest better internet connection it’s unstable and the tv connection such a disappointment as well other worse cleanliness is nice. At last no microwave, only provided 2 coffee cups and hot kettle as well do improved it’s be convenient to those staying Thank you😅

The unit is located in Pines hotel, but check-in is separate from the hotel concierge and requires the traveller to put in some work. The unit is spacious and clean, amenities are decent. However, I couldn't get the internet to work, and the light in the bathroom wasn't working. The pool has saltwater. The views are nice and is along the Malacca river. It's about 1-2km away from Jonker street so travel was convenient (we walked) yet it wasn't noisy at night.

The self check-in process was seamless, and the room exceeded expectations with its cleanliness and tidy setup. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Positives: big room with a sofa area and beds, little kitchen and great shower. Pool was good too though best avoided at weekends (kids everywhere!) . Location was great. Negatives: check in procedure is terrible as is having to put down a deposit - communication wasn’t very timely and most times replies were automated. No personal touch at all Internet was weak and unreliable and we needed that for our work Though there was a kitchen there was no crockery or cutlery Toilet seat was very unstable and there was a huge water stain in the ceiling above the kitchen. The room we were in had an adjoining door so there was literally no soundproofing between us and the noisy family we had as neighbours. Walls were thin on the corridor too. The hotel played music through speakers in the corridor and one was just outside our room and it was annoying tinny music all day and night - no peace whatsoever. We stayed 5 days and the hotel is used for lots of different functions so there are large groups staying and lots of noise constantly.
