On the mountains , good location on the way to Troodos mountains. Fully renovated and very good services. The breakfast was also very good with many options.

Nice hotel and clean

Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet. But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help. The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service. Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it. Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.

Breakfast was ok. There was an electricity issue from 5:40 am . We call reception at 6:20 they told us they were trying to fix it with no giving timelines. I told them i have an infant as he was cold, and they did not help at all. The electricity did not come back at least until 8 and they did not show any support or offer any help.

Μέσα στον Νοέμβριο κάναμε δύο διαφορετικές κρατήσεις αρχές και τέλος του μηνός μας έδωσαν σχεδόν το ίδιο δωμάτιο δηλαδή ήταν 223 μετά 225 τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματισμό και θέρμανση όλα ελεγχόμενα από την διεύθυνση αν θέλουν σου θέτουν αυτή την παροχή!! Το κρύο το νοιώθεις είναι παντού!! Καλό πρωινό και το μπουφέ μπορώ να πω έκαναν φιλότιμες προσπάθειες!! Επίσης στα δωμάτια δε παρέχουν βραστήρα τουλάχιστον να κάναμε κανένα ζεστό ρόφημα!! Το ξενοδοχείο με λίγη προσπάθεια μπορεί να βελτιωθεί κατακόρυφα επίσης κατέλαβαν προσπάθεια να είναι όμορφα στολισμένο λόγω Χριστουγέννων!!! Το συστήνω γιατί μου αρέσει η περιπέτεια και η άγρια φύση!!!

Ottima struttura. Ideale per congressi di lavoro, ma anche per vacanze relax. Camere accoglienti, ampie, con bellissimi balconi. L’hotel è ben gestito, bellissime le aree esterne e le piscine. Si mangia molto bene. Personale gentile. Non facile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. Consiglio di essere automuniti. La consiglio vivamente.

It was terrible. The food was terrible and the service and staff where very rude and very slow . It is horrible. I am not coming back to this hotel. The view was disgusting . Tge room was not clean.I dont have words to say. I don't recommend you to come

I stayed over a weekend at The Rondon hotel Agros. The accommodation was excellent. Very clean spacious rooms with a small balcony and refreshing view of the mountain side. We ate at the Buffet and the service and food was Excellent and a wide variety to impress most people. My favourite place at the hotel was down by the lower pool area where we were sitting under a beautiful canopy of grapevine plants growing beautiful above us as a pergola and protecting us from the sun. The Saturday night we ate at the buffet once again and moved to another part of the hotel where there was a man playing and a woman singing beautiful greek songs and we were also able to get up and have a dance and enjoy the night away. Definitely a beautiful hotel and a wonderful place to visit up in the mountains and only 45 odd mins from Lefkosia

We went to eat at the a la carte restaurant and my pork stew was stone cold so I asked for it to be reheated. My partner had souvlaki and it was very tough. For 45 euros it was a huge disappointment. We wouldn't stay at the hotel based on this. The serving staff were very polite and friendly however. Not their fault.

We just arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the friendly staff. A big shoutout to the reception staff who gave us one of the best rooms in the hotel with a view facing the village. The weather is perfect! I highly recommend everyone to come here and have an amazing experience.

Needs rennovation in general Warm room with heating units Lobby has a lot of space to sit and relax Lack of service in Cafe and Restaurant. Looking for waitress to order and had attitude in some cases. Buffet in christmas lunch did not have a lot of options. I was expecting at least two more main options.

I saw many write the staff was rude but my experience was the Opposite!! They were so kind and friendly!!They were all so helpful! I was upgraded to a fantastic room!! With an Amazing view!!I believe it must have been a suite room # 203...I was so happy to have this room!☺️The receptionist was super kind when I arrived...All of them at the reception well kind and always smiling..The manager I believe ( I can't remember Her name) gave me this fantastic suite...she was very kind! I was even able to get a late check out today!!! 2:15 pm...The hotel has lovely grounds surrounding it..I walked around and enjoyed the scenery...the large outdoor pool is beautiful...if it had been a bit warmer I would have gone in..It was lovely and super clean...Also there is a tennis court and basket ball court....the lobby area was lovely...it looked updated and also s lovely section where the fireplace ,nice gym too My room was updated too from the last time I had stayed yrs ago I could see see so many nice changes even the hallways were more bright and lit up...Their are 3-4 restaurant areas and a lovely bar room...My room was nice and clean ,The bed was very comfortable with really nice pillows,!The decor bed pillows were big feather down pillows!! 🙂 The bathroom I had a tub with a shower new tiles in the bathroom ...I had a really relaxing stay and I loved the atmosphere of the hotel.... Breakfast had a variety...it was good ...I enjoyed the espresso coffee I had 2.. All in all a great experience..I would gladly go back.... Agros village is a cute village (the town square)...further down from the hotel with a car u can reach it in 5-7 min is a nice square and their a a good playground their for small kids plus a nice little water fall at the square there are some cafes and an ice cream shop there..Their are some taverna's before the square but the hotel provides all meals too...I had dinner and it was good....10/10 score from me!!I hope to return again this summer or possibly in the Fall season....Great staff ..My impression of the hotel was it was run properly..I felt very welcomed you can't ask for more than that!! 😀😊❤️Thank you for my lovely experience.....xx
