Hotel in zona China Town, Malacca

Abbiamo prenotato un totale di 5 camere durante la nostra visita a Melaka. La posizione è molto comoda. Il materasso e il cuscino della camera sono molto comodi. L'unica cosa che non ci fa sentire a nostro agio è il forte odore di scarico quando apriamo la porta della camera, ma scompare una volta acceso l'aria condizionata. Questo vale per tutte le nostre camere deluxe. La suite 320 ha una perdita dal tetto quando piove molto. Il flusso d'acqua del bagno della camera deluxe 302 è molto lento. Abbiamo scoperto che è molto sporco quando abbiamo aperto il coperchio del sifone del pavimento. Spero che possiate risolvere questi problemi. Beautiful hotel at a lovely street. Stayed during weekday so its quiet. That stretch of road is closed for cars on wkends to make way for street pedestrians and cafe tables. Room is clean and modern. The room has projector to play netflix or youtube. No tv channels though. Don't know how to access that. Outside room has flies like from the sewage drainage. Told the staffs and they immediately did fogging. Great plc.

Here’s an improved version of your review: This is an honest review of our stay with family, including seniors and two children (ages 2 and 7). Location: The location is excellent. There are shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The hotel is connected to a mall, making it easy to access KFC, Soul Garden, Starbucks, Subway, and local shops. The mall also has a Mr. DIY store. If you have time, you can visit the small sea aquarium and Shore Tower, which are nearby attractions. Things to Note: • If you book the apartment side of the Shore, there is no Wi-Fi or intercom. While Wi-Fi isn’t an issue if you have a SIM card or data plan, the lack of an intercom is inconvenient. Any requests require walking down to the lobby, which is a short distance from the apartment. • The apartment includes a microwave and fridge, but despite being advertised, washing machines and ovens are not available for use. Kids’ Swimming Pool: The kids’ pool is fun and safe, but be cautious as the flooring is not slip-resistant. Breakfast: It’s best to go for breakfast at 7:00 AM or after 9:00 AM to avoid long queues. The breakfast is quite standard. Elevators: Expect some waiting time, especially before check-out hours. Overall, the location is great for families, but there are some areas for improvement.

The hotel was previously known as Ramada Hotel. Dusit Princess conmends operation in early December 2024. So, they may have to tidied up before operation. Thus, it is clean, room big enough for 3 Adults. The showers' water strength were strong. Hot water temperature control was good and consistent. Air-conditioning temperature was not consistent although fan speed was ok. The gym is well equipped. Swimming pools look clean good for both adults and children. Overall, I would recommend to stay.

Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva. L'hotel si trova proprio sul fiume Malacca. È possibile raggiungere a piedi luoghi vivaci come Jonker Street in circa 15 minuti. La camera è ampia, con un ampio balcone, ed il bagno è dotato di una grande vasca. La colazione è nell'Edificio 3A, con una gamma completa di varietà. Poiché il nostro orario del treno era relativamente tardi, abbiamo chiesto di effettuare il check-out 1 ora dopo il giorno del check-out e l'hotel ha prontamente accettato. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e altamente raccomandato.

Place quite nice .... near city center also. Deluxe type come with big bathub but maybe because of old building some part of the room and bathroom look old but okay. Stay here for 1 night bed king size ...

Situazione dell'hotel a Jalan Merdeka, centro città di Melaka. All'avanguardia dell'hotel è il complesso commerciale Dataran Pahlawan. L'hotel è pulito e tempestivo. L'hotel personale è amichevole e utile. Parcheggio è gratuito. fornisce l'hotel. Facile da ottenere il cibo e la bevanda per passeggiare.

Il servizio di manutenzione è di grande aiuto. Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta. This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Quando si accende il personale, WhatsApp controllerà se tutto va bene che mi piace questa forma di comunicazione, perché la risposta era molto veloce. Tutto il personale di squadra era ben gestito e devo dire che il loro servizio era di prima qualità. La struttura del 3° letto era veloce e immediatamente al nostro arrivo. La vista dell'hotel era fantastica dal 26° piano camera gemella. La stanza era pulita ben attrezzata, anche se l'aria condizionata era molto fredda ma è meglio che calda. Il colazione internazionale ha una varietà di cibi da ovest a cinese a muslim e indiano.
