Not really xlean. Butbthe staff are amazingly helpful. Parking isnt bad as well considering the place is makati.

Service is 10. Amenities is 5, due to Carpet is dusty, hot water is not working for the tub and mini fridge is not functional.

飯店雖無設施，且無供應早餐，但位置極佳，旁邊有小型商場，也有超市，餐廳，Starbucks ，且車程5~10分鐘可達大型shoppin mall，位在馬尼拉 Makati中心。推薦商務旅客可選擇入住。

算是在Makati有一定歷史的大酒店優點： 1.交通便利，附近吃的購物都很多，樓下就有個商場 2.價格相對親民 3.房間大缺點： 1.首先wifi無法搜尋，溝通再三都無法搜到，甚至我懷疑前台提供了一個壓根不存在的wifi 2.其次門鎖識別入住後就壞了，害得我每次出入都要找工作人員用鑰匙開鎖 3.有健身房，但器械非常非常不足
