Impeccably clean, newly built, centrally located apartment building in Makati. This unit was at the 37th floor and the units are self check-in. Total privacy and security. Loved the interior design. All the necessary amenities were there and our stay was comfortable. Bed, pillows and comforter were so comfy. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. There was a balcony too. Smart tv with Netflix. Fast WiFi. Everything was great. Totally recommended

Everything went fine. After sending IDs via mail, we received all needed information for the self check in and check out. Apartment got all you need.

The Apartment rental is great, there’s a mall downstairs where you can get pretty much anything. The view is great.

Communication was clear and the place is very close to everything. Grocery shop is just down stairs of our room .

the unit is very nice, spacious and clean, complete with everything I need like that. cooking, washing and the wifi is strong, it's nice to watch Netflix all night. Thank you GemstoneBR for the good service every time I go on vacation in the Philippines I will always book here❤️

It was indeed an awesome place. Host is very accommodating and easy ti communicate with. Very nice cozy place, would highly recommend 💯

My experience with this stay was excellent. Although I booked at the last minute, the housekeeper warmly guided me through the check-in process, for which I am very grateful. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by how clean the floors were. The facilities are well-equipped, and I appreciated having a kettle for hot water and a hairdryer—both are very convenient, especially for long-term travelers. Additionally, there is a washing machine available. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I LOVE THE HOTEL, THE SMELL WAS SO RELAXING AND STUFF ARE MADE ME RELAXING.

It's condo and a mall within. A very convenient place to stay, design was nice and complete. Self Check In with a personal password. Room size was small but they managed to maximize it. I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!
