早餐豐富，交通便利，周邊有個商場可以逛一下，忙裡偷閒，在馬杜賴停下來享受一下印度的慢生活，距離神廟不遠，打個Auto150盧比可以直達。

Hotel di grande dimensione con i soliti servizi della tipologia. Numerosi impiegati gentili in ogni angolo, servizio piuttosto inefficiente. Ben arredata lobby, unico posto dove poter sostare al di fuori della camera. Peccato che oltre la sala colazione/dinner che assomiglia un po' ad una mensa, non c'è possibilità di bere o mangiare qualcosa, se non ordinando il servizio a la carte del room service.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante un viaggio in India. Interessante perché mantiene l'identità indiana con servizi invece pìù adatti a noi occidentali. In particolare il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile a supportarti (Marya in particolare... grazie). Ottima base per qualche giorno alla scoperta della bellissima Madurai: il suo tempio è incredibile e un vero luogo di culto, il più bel monumento visitato in India. Dal tradizionale 'street food tour', al mercato e la confusione (Diwali Festival in corso...), pochi turisti... ottima esperienza.

Very good breakfast. Accommodated to all requests quickly such as Jain sambar and chutney. The food was very delicious and they had both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Nagarasu and Kavitha accommodated to us very well

Ci siamo fermati due notti con formula HB, durante un Tour Tamil-Nadu / Kerala. Accoglienza al top, personale molto gentile e professionale; camera doppia molto spaziosa con ventola a soffitto ed aria condizionata. Arredi in stile indiano leggermente datati ma che hanno fornito un’immagine accogliente. Una menzione particolare per breakfast e cena, con tantissimi tipi di cibo indiano, tutti davvero ottimi: un elogio al sig. M. RAJES per la sua simpatia, gentilezza e disponibilità a soddisfare anche le esigenze più particolari.

Struttura molto grande. Forse troppo. Sembra un business Hotel. Hall molto elegante, personale disponibile. Camere spaziose. Molto legno scuro e parecchio datate. Bagno non vede una pulizia approfondita dagli anni ‘80. Vista orrenda. Piscina poco invitante. Colazione buona, ma sembra di essere in mensa talmente è chiassosa la sala. Al ristorante dicono che nn servono birra ma si può ordinare col room service, che a sua volta nega, ma dice che la puoi portare da fuori (???) Non ci tornerei.

Excellent service by all staffs & good ambience & food. I would highly recommend people to stay here if they plan to come to Madurai. Excellent service by all staffs, especially Ms. Varsha & Mr. Akash as well as the F&B staffs (Raja & Ms. Meenakshi)

Enjoyed the stay at JC Residency,Madurai. Beautiful interior,ambience,creative and vintage feel. Polite staff. Mr.Aakash, Arun Varsha,because of them my check in and check out was smooth. Vasant and Nagalaxmi were also polite. Food also good. Staff is good in hospitality. I just loved my room. Overall good experience.keep up good work.

The Location was very central. The atmosphere was very nice with many people from different backgrounds. We were warmly welcomed by Jasmine mam. Varsha and Akash gave us excellent advice at reception. I particularly appreciated the service provided by manager Arunraj, who even called us because we almost missed dinner. He kept the evening buffet open longer especially for us, which I thought was extremely kind. The rooms were exceptionally clean and It was quiet while we slept. Room service was also good. We also had our laundry done. We found the services to be good. Mala served us very well at breakfast. It's worth the money. I can recommend this hotel.
