Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo ! Quando ho acquistato la camera mi hanno messo la foto di una camera vista mare e poi all’ arrivo mi hanno dato una camera vista palazzo !

**Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!** From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the genuine care from the staff. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great location, downtown but walking distance to main tourist attractions, main shopping street and nearby many restaurants. Rooms are very clean and well designed. The team was great and helpful, veryy responsive. The food options at the hotel are not the cheapest however I think its very worth its value, i found it super delicious.

The room was spacious and we even got upgraded! Friendly and helpful staffs!!

Clean room with good service

One of the best hotel stays ever, thanks Oscar and Michael for welcoming. The hotel is right next to harpa, which is easy to locate and convenient if you would like to walk around the city.

酒店什麼都好就是服務跟不上，加床司機已經溝通好了，結果一直➕不上，housekeeper工作效率低的沒邊兒，2小時解決不了加床，這個酒店如果2人。住沒有問題，如果需要加床一定做好心理準備，加床很費勁，床很不舒服

客房雖然小了一些房間，有一點點冷感覺有點不足，但是服務員每個人都很體貼友好，房間環境在冰島如果選酒店類型入住來説還是值得推薦的，如果英文好的話，還是建議去住民宿體驗感會更好一些

小貴 但還是挺不錯的了 朋友住的小套房 景色會更好看一些 我這個乞丐房完全沒有景色 説實話就是普通五星標準 不過在冰島 all right

酒店相比其它歐洲酒店環境好不少，整體服務環境熱情都不錯，早餐不好吃，房間温度不高，有點冷，需要穿毛衣睡. 温度無法自己調節.

非常舒適，位置、環境、服務都超級贊，靠近海邊🏖️，旁邊就是彩虹街，這次遇到紅色風暴酒店給免費延時了

房間還行，10.30早餐關閉，10.25到了就不讓進）最後自費200不到吃了餐廳裏的咖啡麪包，定了帶早餐的結果額外花了一筆），對亞洲人不是很友好，不會再住了

房間的景觀不錯！大堂非常有設計感，早餐buffie很不錯！如果來雷市玩還是比較推薦住這裏的，停車的話建議找public停車場，便宜一些

房間很美很出片，但一定要窗户能夠看到外面天空的，在酒店入住第二天就在頂樓看到了極光，非常幸運，酒店的設施都還挺齊全，房間真的非常大！早餐非常值得吃，種類很多，相比起其他品質更是沒話説！
