Hotel vicino alla stazione di Nuevos Ministerios Train Station a Madrid

Please Avoid this place. It is cheap but nothing else! I stayed here checked into the receiption which is 24 hours after my working day. The place is near the metro cuatro caminos (a mainly poorer area of Madrid with lots of south american population). The area does have a 24 hour supermarket which was good as the hostal has no food/drink facilities. The room was a very small single bed as I was alone on an education course for my job. The room had a fan and tv and a small table. Once you switch off the light the fan goes off so you cannot sleep with the fan on at night with 39c heat. you cannot leave the window open as its not a safe place. The first moment I checked in, i quickly went outside to get air and get the metro outside. They checked in a drunk african man at 6pm in the evening who was walking up the stairs with a can of beer unable to walk or see anything (their is no lift to the rooms) you need to walk up around 50 stairs to the rooms. They take anyone from the streets if they pay the small charge to stay here. Second day, the two receiptionists or owners were fighting over money from the hotel they were shouting and getting agressive. Its was an uncomfortable situation to see. I left and came back after work for a shower and the room had not been cleaned. They said you didnt put a badge on the door saying clean my room. Couldnt they knock and say something? Very strange way of working? The next day I put the badge clean my room but NO nothing changed. It was an excuse.. Then I went and complained he didnt speak any English and didnt want to know he said the cleaners left and nothing he can do. I pulled off the bedsheets, but the bed protector was badly stained with blood and I also got a skin rash. I left the property 1 day early, it was disgusting. The toilets were not cleaned either and insects were crawling everywhere. This place should be closed down immediately. They dont take security or cleaning seriously, they dont want to know problems only take your money. I explained to Expedia about this place but the hotel denied everything. SHAME!!!

A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

Sono andato a passare una sola notte, con lettera riservata e mi sono presa la grata sorpresa che mi hanno dato una hab. doppia per la mia solita!! BRYAN mi ha resuscitato molto bene, come Rafael, il ragazzo di notte, che mi ha prestato molto bene per la mattina! In generale per il prezzo che ho pagato è stato molto bene (grazie alla hab. Riconosco che non sarebbe stato uguale la lettera, molto rumore e mal odore) La doccia di 10 (molto pressione, acqua calda e pulita) BANO OK e letto molto comodo!!!

Ho adorato il servizio del personale, mi sono sentito a casa, in famiglia! Ottimo servizio♥️ Posizione perfetta, facile accesso a tutto, metropolitana, supermercato e così via. Consiglio vivamente, sicuramente la mia sosta a Madrid 🇧🇷♥️🇪🇸

Beautiful hotel, great food, good location Excellent service. The room are very clean with one of the most comfortable bad. The TV has a casting option which is a great benefit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They prepare a breakfast picnic box upon request.

Lo staff gentile, la doccia è fenomenale! sarei rimasta li sotto per ore! Camera spaziosa. Hanno la possibilità di ordinare da mangiare in camera fino a mezzanotte e hanno un distributore di cibi e bevande in reception. La posizione è ottima, vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse (nonostante l'immensità di Madrid) e soprattutto vicino a molte fermate della metro. L'hotel ha uno stile moderno, piacevole ed è molto curato, sia nei dettagli, che nella pulizia.

Il posto sembra davvero ombreggiato all'interno. Sono solo letti inflabili che sono estremamente incomodi. Non si possono chiudere chiavi, ma si può chiedere alla ricezione di aprire la porta del magazzino dove tutti conservano le valigie e le cose importanti e questo magazzino è chiuso in ogni momento.

Abbiamo scelto la king deluxe ed è stata un'ottima scelta. L'arredamento è minimal e moderno in stile industriale ma alla stanza non manca nulla. Abbiamo fatto colazione ogni mattina ed è sufficientemente varia ed abbondante. L'aperitivo consumato in terrazza davvero con una bellissima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la gestione della struttura

Buona scelta per alloggi**** una o due notti e visitare Madrid per qualsiasi evento (noi lo usiamo per le partite al Bernabéu). Molto buona posizione, vicino negozi, metro, ristoranti... La camera giusta, per il prezzo che ha non si può chiedere più. Abbiamo fatto 3 volte e ripetiamo di nuovo.

Il giovedì 21 luglio siamo arrivati all'hotel. La stanza non era pulita, era sporca ovunque. Le casse notturne erano sporche, avevano tutti i tipi di pitture. La doccia era rotta e l'acqua si stava camminando lungo il retro. Le porte della doccia non potevano chiudere, quindi tutta la camera di bagno fu bagnata. Anche la camera di bagno era sporca e ci erano impronte marroni sulla parete della camera di bagno. I occhiali di bagno si muoveva quando si sedeva. C'era un joint sul balcone. Le camere erano super audienti, potevamo sentire i nostri vicini docciare, sentire parlare, sentire camminare, così male che ti svegli di notte. La hairföhn non era standard nella stanza, questo ti poteva prestare alla reception. Molto primitivo. Non c'era nemmeno un cassaforte per le cose, quindi non ci sentivo bene, e alla fine non avevamo aria condizionata, durante il nostro soggiorno era circa 40 gradi, quindi abbiamo controllato se ci fosse aria condizionata nella stanza, questo sarebbe stato, questo non era. C'era un grilletto d'aria nella stanza che avrebbe dovuto far venire l'aria fredda, il regolatore era nel corridoio e ha regolato la temperatura di ogni stanza, che sembrava essere stata espulsa spesso o ad una temperatura più alta, che ci ha fatto snick. Dopo una notte, abbiamo avuto e volevamo andarcene il prima possibile, e abbiamo fatto notizia al ricevimento e abbiamo fatto subito ordine di ricevere i soldi delle notti rimanenti. Questo è l'unico punto positivo che ho da dire su questo hotel, e anche la lista delle nostre osservazioni è stata esaminata immediatamente e la stanza è stata controllata, spero che si faccia qualcosa.
