Peccato la prima colazione fuori dall'hotel

Hotel carino e centrale, non abbiamo mai preso i mezzi pubblici è tutto raggiungibile in a walking distance. I ragazzi della reception gentilissimi, la stanza e il bagno molto piccoli ma puliti. Unica pecca le finestre non tengono niente e si sente pesantissimo il rumore dalla piazza sottostante

Hotel in pienissimo centro di a Madrid, raggiungi ogni zona di interesse a piedi o grazie al vicinissimo pulman 001 sulla agran Via)gratuito) utilizzando quest’ultimo puoi visitare tutti i musei o parchi. Hotel molto pulito e personale gentilissimo, un ringraziamento a kristina Raulbe Alvaro per i consigli ricevuti su dove andare e come risolvere ogni inconveniente della camera, per fortuna molto pochi. Unico neo non avere cucina interna, per la colazione ti danno un buono per una colazione completa dolce o salata al ristorante di fianco all’hotel. Le camere non sono enomrmi ma consiglio di prenotare la doppia con vista sul lato esterno e non sul cavedio. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Ottima la posizione centrale ideale per spostarsi a piedi, pulizia buona, bagno senza bidet piccolo e andrebbe ristrutturato, rumore dello scarico notturno molto fastidioso, colazione molto misera nel bar convenzionato. Prezzo caro per i servizi offerti ma purtroppo sulla linea degli hotel di Madrid.

Ottima posizione, non c’è alcun bisogno di prendere la metto, a meno che non si è troppo stanchi di camminare! Camere adeguata, la mia aveva una finestra che affacciava su un’altra stanza, quindi la tenda la tenevo sempre chiusa. Unico neo è il bagno: molto piccolo, un po’ scomodo il wc attaccato al lavabo, ma per soli 3 giorni ci si può adattare. Non ho usufruito della colazione. Attenzione e disponibilità dello staff eccellenti!

Anticipando che usavamo la camera solo per dormire e di.non aver usufruito fel breakfast, la sola posizione merita un 5 stelle. A due passi da tutto. Inclusa la metro. Se uscendo dalla fermata santo Domingo prendete per la Gran Via sarete a circa 100 metri, se invece uscite in direzione opposta vi troverete di fronte la caffetteria oskar e sarete a 50 metri dall' hotel, alla vostra destra. Personale reception presente H24, molto disponibile e professionale. Forse la camera un po' piccola per tre persone, ma ripeto, per solo dormire va benissimo. Scelta ottima

Perfect location (metro stations are close and also you can walk easily to many places), room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, on the weekend some noise from downstairs' restaurant.

One of the worst hotels ever seen.the room of my friends was very small. We asked the day the lady at the reception to change the second night but she was not respectful she says just no no no....the breakfast is outside the hotel in a small cafe shop where sometimes you don't find a place to set . don't make the reservation direct from the hotel .try to get it by booking or any how because they will screw you when they get the money of your journey.....bad experience .

We did not enjoy our stay. We were scheduled for a 4 day stay but on the first night we found bugs in our room and were bit by one. We talked to the front desk staff and they did not seem concerned and would not honor any recompense for an early check out.

Great staff (Ralo and Alvaro), Santo Domingo metro is just a 2 minutes by foot, perfect location as it is close to attractions, walking distance to top places to see in Madrid, quiet area, rooms are clean and affordable prices.

This hotel is centrally located, surrounded by plenty of eateries and shops. Staffs are nice and friendly. Front desk staff is nice to let us use the iron/ironing board during our stay. Room is miserably small, and the toliet is tiny. We cannot be sure if it is the smallest toliet in the world but for sure we will remember the toliet for the longest time to come even if we forget the hotel itself. In our honest opinion, the room we had which was meant for double occupancy with two single beds, will likely be sufficient for a single person with one big luggage. Two persons in the room with two big luggage can hardly move without coming into contact with either the furniture or structures.

Great stay, close to amenities, restaurants , shops, city bus tour, good price and quiet room. We would certainly use this hotel again. It was cost effective with friendly staff providing good customer care
