Durante il mio recente soggiorno in hotel, volevo condividere una breve recensione. La posizione dell'hotel era eccellente (5/5), fornendo un comodo accesso alla metropolitana, anche se era un po' rumorosa di notte. Il servizio da parte del personale era eccezionale (5/5), poiché erano attenti e cordiali. In termini di pulizia, nel complesso è buona (4/5), ma erano necessari miglioramenti in aree come i bagni. Inoltre, ho riscontrato difficoltà nel chiudere le finestre e le persiane, il che è stato un piccolo inconveniente. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, sono stati generalmente soddisfacenti (4/5), incidendo positivamente sull'esperienza complessiva.

Pillow cases were obviously unwashed with huge blood spot inside folded/tucked inside portion of pillowcase on the also bloodied pillow. Cannot imagine how this happened but it was super gross, disappointing, and very disgusting that is was placed on bed let alone left inside room. Very glad we didn’t see or use pillow as it was not noticed until we placed it from couch where we laid the extra bed pillows back onto bed but that certainly made us very uncertain about overall cleanliness of everything in room and property. Asked at checkout if they would notify or check with housekeepers, hotel said they were sorry but that was all they said

Hotel antiguo pero bien conservado, un poco lejos del centro pero al lado de un centro comercial y una estación de metro.

這個酒店是我所有歐洲酒店住過最小的，衹有一米的床，落地就是桌子，空間非常小，整個空間大概6平方米左右～ 很吵，並且酒店在山坡上，附近有地鐵站 超市，個人不建議～ 價格和酒店環境完全不匹配～差太多

房間很大有點舊，區域比較偏。但這價位性價比還是不錯的

Hotel 3 stelle comodo perché in prossimità c'è la metro2 che porta direttamente in centro. Camera grande con tapparelle che oscurano completamente. Letto abbastanza comodo. Struttura in generale un po' vecchiotta. Poco insonorizzata. Garage caro. Colazione nella media

Quattro giorni a Madrid, hotel comodo per auto parcheggio in strada o possibile in garage hotel a pagamento. Vicino a fermata metro in venti minuti circa si arriva in centro. Vicino centro commerciale. Colazione eccezionale a buffet con ampia scelta tra salato e dolce. Camera grande, spaziosa, letto comodo e silenziosa. Bagno con accessori e pulizia giornaliera. Personale disponibile e professionale. Consiglio a chi vuole stare bene senza spendere molto, i prezzi a Madrid sono eccessivi qui qualità e prezzo molto buoni. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Staff were so nice that allowed us early check in, what a surprise N it's located just opp to the metro station, convenient tho no restaurant nearby Thx

Clean, safe and comfortable. Only issue is that it’s in the suburbs and not within walking distance of downtown. However, it’s within walking distance of the metro station so it’s not so bad

The staff are excellent. Pilar is very helpful and sweet. Alberto is very accommodating and respectful. They both arranged our taxis and breakfast needs. We will definitely one back. Metro is very close by.

I went for a family trip with family and it was a good distance from the metro and bus station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus they clean the room very well.

Its good, near the train station, the mall, only 30 mins on metro away from the center. I wish the beds weren't as firm they were. Other than that I enjoyed my stayed.
