It was good, we got upgraded suite room and we had a spectacular view. And the room was quite spacious. It was really clean and the wifi was fast. But there was no hair conditional.

2nd time visit, near metro, supermarket and restaurant. Room is clean and staff is helpful. If room guest can access to Gym room with the room card directly without going to frontdesk will be perfect. However overall experience is good.

Solo una notte ma tutto perfetto, location posizione personale, camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno ok! Prezzo giusto , x me' esperienza positiva. Camera al nono piano vista sulla città,posso solo dire hotel consigliatissimo e viva Madrid!!

Prezzo adeguato rispetto ai servizi offerti. Rimane il fatto che per essere un 4 stelle il livello di qualità non è in linea. Edificio e stanze vecchie e pulizia da rivedere. Colazione a persona 18€ esagerata. Durante il soggiorno è finito il bagnoschiuma e non è stato cambiato automaticamente (è stato necessario richiederlo DUE volte alla reception). Richieste anche le pantofole (usa e getta da 50 cent, la risposta è stata “vengono date solo alle suite”). Zona pessima di Madrid (non è colpa dell’hotel, ma da considerare in fase di scelta).

L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale, circa 5 Km dal centro, a pochi metri dalla fermata metro cartaghena . Ma attenzione, per arrivare al centro, c'è bisogno di fare un cambio linea metro, oppure si può prendere l'autobus nelle vicinanze. L'hotel si presenta molto bene, con camere grandi e pulite, dotate dei normali confort ( con asse da ferro da stiro incluso). Il prezzo l'ho trovato conveniente per i servizi offerti, soprattutto in relazione alla media della città, pertanto lo consiglio.

Due to location, near airport and removed from the center, we enjoy each stay. 2 metro stops are near and the restaurant and hotel personnel are strong points to the chain. We were able to book 2 family rooms (separate quarters for parents from kids) and look forward to our next stay.

From the moment we arrived everything was superb. Check in (we were part of a large group) went without a hitch. Room was great, staff were brilliant. The buffet breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful. Cannot fault it, hence the five stars.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The shower and toilets are clean. We didn't lack anything in the room. The breakfast buffet was rich with options even for those who avoid gluten and are sensitive to milk. There are bus stops near the hotel, so you can easily get anywhere in the city. Less than a minute's walk from the hotel there is a supermarket with a fairly rich selection of products. We didn't need the help of the hotel staff, but the one or two times we went to reception we were received with courtesy. All in all a good hotel that there is a chance we will choose next time we come to Madrid.

Very close to the subway station and to the airport. You can reach the airport as well downtown Madrid by tube. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The rooms are really comfortable and large. The staff is wonderful and helpful : thanks to you all. These are the reasons Why I always book a room here when in Madrid

This is an old style business hotel. Rooms are very big, bathroom has two tone marble tiles, door has a chainlock, so it's from that generation of hotel. Has a room safe and kettle though, with a view is of a busy road below. It's located in a suburb of Madrid, some few km from the major attractions but near a bus and metro station. Room was very comfortable but could hear road traffic even from the 6th floor. Staff are friendly and helpful and there are many restaurants and cafes just nearby as well as a supermarket. The nearby bus station at Av America has a bus service to the airport so it's ideal if you're flying off the next day.

If you have the slightest self respect and value your time, I urge you not to stay at this Hotel. I travel about 100 nights/year and would put this hotel in the Top 3 of my worst hotels. Not only is this one of those nasty old 90s style buildings that smell and are loud, but management here is beyond bad and straight or illegal what they do. We’ve stayed here for two nights and had a separate reservation for a third “late check-in” night only. We didn’t enjoy the first nights as there were just so many things wrong. Starting with maids vacuuming the hallways at 7am!!! On a Saturday morning, exposed wires in the room, holes in the bathroom walls and so much more that those two nights were already not worth our time. In addition to all those “easily fixable” issues, the hotel is so badly insulated that on both sides of the hotel you feel like you’re sleeping next to the motorway. This was topped off with wifi that would constantly disconnect, below 1mbps and pretty much unusable in general. The safe didn’t even fit a normal MacBook. Things got topped off when we canceled our third night within their own T&C, even got a successful message on their website just to be rudely told that we were too late (not true). Going through the reviews here, this isn’t a first time for them either. I’ve spoken with several people at the front desk about this, showing our success screenshots and much more but they only referred to “the hotel manager isn’t here” on three different occasions. I was then promised an email from the manager, but in more than a week, I’ve never gotten one. I’ll now have to go through a lawyer to get something that way fixed. Don’t go there, there’s plenty of better hotels around and everything there is below average.
