Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso qui. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero vantaggio durante le calde giornate estive.

Adoro l'atmosfera dell'hotel. Check-in facile. Camera pulita e possibilità di fornire servizi aggiuntivi come ferro e asse da stiro. Accoglienza calorosa da parte del personale. Lo adoro!

È stato fantastico. Il personale era buono, la camera era super pulita. E confortevole. Vorrei menzionare Gwen, è stata così gentile. Vorrei consigliare questo hotel.

Camera, bagno e asciugamani sporchi. Cattivi odori in bagno. Riscaldamento non funzionante. Il telefono di servizio non risponde. Pessima esperienza... niente sonno! Mai più.

Our stay at this hotel was appalling from the start. On our first night, we discovered large blood stains on the bedding (see attached photos). This is not only disgusting but a serious hygiene concern. They advertise secure parking for €19, but despite the barrier, there are no security cameras, so it’s far from secure. Cleanliness across the hotel was poor. The hallway floors were dusty, and there were dirty plates left in the 2nd floor corridor around 6-7pm. Our toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly and had dark stains in it, and the shower water pressure was so weak it was barely usable. We also did not have basic amenities in the room, whenever we wanted hot water we would have to go to the bar and when we raised this with the management, he said legally they are not obligated to provide a kettle in the rooms as the hotel was not a 4 star hotel. They also advised they did not do late check out at all, which is not what their website or *********** states. For the price charged, and for this to be a 3 star hotel, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve seen 1 star hotels better than this. We checked in expecting basic cleanliness and comfort, but instead got filth and neglect. Avoid this place.

Stopover before a flight the next morning. Great breakfast included, free drinking water available and friendly staff. Shuttle to the airport would be handy.

Good service and when travelling for short period excellent choice.

It's an "okay" hotel, probably you can't get much more for what you pay counting avg. price of a hotel in Belgium. Location close by the airport.

Everything was really good including the food in their restaurant. However, the location is quite far from the station. All in all it was good thou.

The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean. Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much. As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine.
