Hotel in zona Rovine della cattedrale di San Paolo, Macau

The hotel is located in a small lane and taxi can't go in, the driver didn't know the hotel and couldn't find it, he dropped me off nearby and I had to ask around and it took me 15 mins to walk and found it. The room is small and with moldy smells when opening the door, it took a while to go off after turning on the Aircon, the toilet size is Ok and clean, the bed is comfortable for me, the window view can see opposite houses about 3m away only. The wall socket is similar to Hong Kong UK 3-Pin type but the Kettle and Hairdryer are China's Plug, so need adapter and you can borrow it from the Reception. I wonder why they put a flower pot under the Hanging clothes area? It may easily fall down when I hang my clothes but luckily it's glued so no problem. The surrounding has many local foods and shops and Shopping Mall nearby. Overall, this is the first time I stayed in a small hotel hide in a small lane and Taxi can't reach it, I check-out next day is a rainy morning, I have to pull a big luggage with a gift items bag and walk under the rain for 50m to wait for a Taxi at roadside, luckily bought a small umbrella with me but still half wet when getting on board a Taxi.

La posizione è vicina alle mura della Chiesa di San Paolo, a piedi. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole. Il segno dell'hotel era visibile dopo aver fatto una svolta a destra in una strada. I letti erano idonei per coloro che preferiscono letti duri. La stanza è stata una buona stanza.Specialmente il personale amichevole!

This country truly never ceased to amuse me, the landscapes and the skyscrapers of Macau is such an view to behold. This hotel is quite small, but all the amenities is enough to enjoy my stay~ The hotel staff is friendly and patient to help us book a taxi ride to the station.

Vorrei potermi fermare qui tutto il tempo a Macao. Le camere non sono le più grandi, ma il nuovo design (finito nel 2024) è brillante e ti fa sentire collegato a quello che è venuto prima. L'hotel è stato il primo ”presidente” e centrale all'ascesa della cultura di Macao ******, un punto focale del monopolio fantasma. Hong Kong del passato. Si può mangiare e bere in stalle alimentari, ristoranti e caffè che sono molto più di cento anni di età e originale. Mi è stato ispirato dalla storia dell'uomo che ha ristrutturato il posto e la zona, come è cresciuto qui, L’investitore, i designer e il team di restauro hanno guidato l’intera COVID e finalmente hanno completato il posto.

They allowed to check-in a little earlier than the check-in time, the room is clean and with complete amenities as per mentioned. Location is great as it's a few minutes walk to senado square and nearby tourist spots. There's even a 24hrs grocery store nearby. I would like to book a stay here again on my next Macau trip. Thank you.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. In realtà si trova nel centro della città. puoi trovare molti negozi e ristoranti diversi vicino all'hotel. è super pratico. La camera era estremamente pulita. Tuttavia, il letto era duro. Ragazzi, vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui se avete intenzione di viaggiare a Macao. Il prezzo è conveniente Sono stato benissimo in questo delizioso hotel.

This was a very nice stay away from main ****** district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets 1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours. 2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged). 3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website. 4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question. 5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information. 6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable. 7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world. 8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie). 9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc. 10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast. 11. Checkout process was very easy. 12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities. check few photos (room details for more information.

La posizione era eccellente, con negozi di comodità e opzioni alimentari a pochi passi da camminare. Era un po' lontano dai casinò, che era buono per me. Mi piaceva la vista dalla finestra, e la piscina era pulita e non piena a causa della mia permanenza. Raccomando questo posto a tutti.

Room is very very small but has all we needed. Please do not stay there with anyone you are no so close too as your fart can be heard while in the toilet. My family and I were frightened by the late night check by police officers knocking on our door loudly and shouting “police police, check room!” and sadly this affected our holiday mood in Macau because we were so scare it might by a scam and we may be in danger if we open the door. We had to call the reception to verify while the police were telling us “open up open up” and in the end the reception said it is okay to do so. SCARY and felt UNSAFE.

A very new hotel. The view out the hotel room was incredible. Everything was perfect, but we were quite disappointed with the front desk… As a 5-star hotel, he was quite rude the whole time, and he stressed that deposit will be deducted if we smoke in the room. We went to the room and found that there was this heavy cigarette smell, we called the front desk and they said they would send a personnel there to “check”, without saying that they might be carrying a huge machine to spray the room or mentioning any solution. Turns out a very polite young lad came to the room with that huge machine and asked if we needed to spray the room. We said it was okay because the spray had an even stronger smell. But the service is pretty bad, not up to the 5-star standards. And also, the hair dryer didn’t work. I heard the other female receptionist at the front desk and the attitude was also the same. Lastly, the breakfast was also a little bit disappointing. Not suitable at all for foreigners. There was no cheese for a toast, just butter and orange jam and the bread was awfully chewy and hard…
