Hotel in zona Po Tai Un Monastery, Macau

Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Altira Macau è stato un'esperienza inoltrabile che ha un'infinita miscela di lusso, comfort e vista incredibile. Situato sull'isola di Taipa, questo hotel a cinque stelle è un gemma nascosto che incarna veramente l'essenza della perdita. Da quando sono arrivato, il servizio eccezionale mi ha dato il tono del mio soggiorno. Il personale caldo e attento mi ha salutato con un vero sorriso, facendo un ricevimento. Mi sono aggiornato in una suite di lusso, e quando sono entrato, sono stato sbattuto via dall'elegante decoro e dalla spaziosa disposizione. Il design moderno, insieme a una vista panoramica della linea di Macao, ha creato un'atmosfera invitante che mi ha fatto sentire a casa. L’appartamento ha un letto di dimensioni più grandi, un’ampia zona di seggiolino e un bellissimo bagno di marmo, dotato di un tubo di assorbimento e doccia separata, con ogni dettaglio progettato per garantire il massimo comfort e comfort. Mi sono particolarmente gradito il minibar e la macchina Nespresso, che mi hanno reso felice la mattina. Uno dei punti di vista del mio soggiorno era la cena al ristorante famoso dell’hotel, che ha offerto un’ampia gamma di cucine asiatiche e occidentali. La qualità dei cibi è stata davvero eccezionale e il servizio attento ha aumentato ancora di più l'esperienza di mangiare. Ho anche sfruttato l'infinito piscina e l'ultimo centro fitness, rendendo facile rimanere attivi mentre si sposta in lusso. La posizione dell'Hotel Altira offre un facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine e l'ambiente tranquillo lo rende la perfetta fuga dalla città di stallo. In generale, il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Altira Macau non era meno di spettacolare. Con il suo servizio impeccabile, le camere lavanderie e le splendide viste, non posso consigliare questo hotel abbastanza per chiunque voglia sperimentare la superficie del lusso a Macao. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

Very convenient to go to attractive places and the room very clean. If I have a chance to come to Macau again I will back to stay here again.

Il Londoner è facile da girare a piedi e ha molti dei ristoranti principali (rispetto ai punti ristoro in altre aree commerciali annesse). Le camere stesse sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. L'arredamento è classico e un po' datato ma non logoro. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

這次陪家人來澳門，除了旅遊觀光，重要的一點是想體驗一下澳門的不同酒店服務。因此在澳門停留5晚，我們訂了4家不同風格的酒店。在第四晚我們選擇了入住倫敦人酒店。由於倫敦人酒店在氛圍環境和服務上給了我們太多的驚喜，我們果斷取消了已經預訂的其他酒店，第五晚續住倫敦人酒店。“賓至如歸”是入住該酒店的真切感受！在入住前一天，酒店的管家就提前打電話聯繫，詢問行程時間安排，入住有什麼要求，並安排專人專車把我們迎接到酒店。讓我們還沒有到達酒店就已經開始感受到了來自酒店的熱情、周到服務。在這裏特別感謝管家小譚Colin和華庭餐飲服務的小金J in！是他們和他們的同事無微不至的關懷、周到！讓我和我的家人享受到了“貴賓”的體驗。好的酒店很多，但真正好的服務不多！酒店好而服務更好就更少！倫敦人酒店配得上奢華酒店的稱號！除了服務好！倫敦人的房間設計佈置、用品，早餐、下午茶、雞尾酒樣樣都是一流的品質。下一次我們一定會再來！

My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. L'hotel è stato il primo ”presidente” e centrale all'ascesa della cultura di Macao ******, un punto focale del monopolio fantasma. Hong Kong del passato. Si può mangiare e bere in stalle alimentari, ristoranti e caffè che sono molto più di cento anni di età e originale. Mi è stato ispirato dalla storia dell'uomo che ha ristrutturato il posto e la zona, come è cresciuto qui, L’investitore, i designer e il team di restauro hanno guidato l’intera COVID e finalmente hanno completato il posto.

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.
