Slice of heaven. The service was amazing. I felt completely at home. I came during the holidays so the little touches of the daily gifts and advent calendar was heartwarming. The location was perfect. I got lost in of Taipa every day. Would definitely recommend.

Connecting no smoking rooms requested, we are not given cos hotel fully booked. Given side by side room. Go to the rooms, one room full of smoke smell. We were told the rooms are connected. Waited for housekeeping to unlock the connecting doors. Waited for 30mins, connecting doors unlocked and given air purifier for smelly room. 3 stars for smoking room.

Clean and spacious room but can smell smoke at lift level even though it’s on a non smoking floor. Very polite and helpful staff. Love that the mini bar is included as well. Breakfast is not buffet style.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOTEL. The room was immaculate so many little touches to make this stay great, included a pillow menu of choice. All the concierge staff were very helpful. As we visited in the low season, some of the pools were closed, though I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot hub! Thank you Jason for welcoming us and very helpful throughout our stay! Would recommend for anyone visiting this area!

Hotel staffs are very polite. Rooms are clean. There are many restaurant options in the hotel.

Staff are fantastic, especially the gentlemen working on room 2677. However, room clearly used as a smoking room and smelt very badly. Would reccomend Galaxy.
