Altira Macau

Wow, what an amazing hotel! From the moment we entered the building, we were treated with friendly and capable service staff. We were celebrating our anniversary, so the hotel prepared some room decorations and wine, as well as an upgraded space. The view was fantastic, the spa and pool relaxing, and the in-room bathtub so luxurious. The only minor issue we had was when we ordered food. There are no robots, so we had to take 2 elevators to the ground floor to collect our takeout food. Every hotel in Shenzhen has robots who bring deliveries to your room. Overall, exceptional experience!

We had a memorable stay at Altira, so good we are considering to repay visits from time to time. We were so lucky that that night was 元宵 and we watch the nice fireworks from our room with nothing obstructing the show. We were celebrating birthday, the room was nicely decorated with courtesy fresh fruit. At night a delicious cake was delivered to our room with cutlery. The bath tub is super huge and comfy to use (you may want to release water sooner). All things you need they have it for you, including face cream & etc., in good quality. Special thanks to Terry, our customer manager who greeted us warmly when we arrived. He recommended meal places i. the hotel and introduced where we could get more food and stuffs in the neighbourhood. We are very happy about the service.

The suite featured a plush king-sized bed, a generous seating area, and a beautiful marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the Nespresso machine, which made my mornings delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and the attentive service elevated the dining experience even further. I also took advantage of the stunning infinity pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, making it easy to stay active while basking in luxury. The Altira Hotel’s location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and the peaceful environment made it the perfect escape from the bustling city. Overall, my stay at Altira Hotel Macau was nothing short of spectacular.
