Ci siamo trovati molto bene, soprattutto il personale è gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere ogni problema.

da evitare assolutamente. 1) l'hotel è in fase di costruzione. 2) il personale non parla inglese 3) l'hotel non accetta carte di debito 4) non esiste il servizio in piscina 5) colazione povera, banale. 6) estremamente costoso in quanto privo di servizi basici. 7) aspetto positivo è la posizione. 8) piscina gradevole Questo Hotel è in realtà è di categoría 3*

We booked 3 rooms of this category and they had to move us around due to the renovation noise. Not a problem though! I was on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean - having a cup of tea with the view was wonderful. The lifts are fast. The staff are very friendly and nice. They even ran down to the road to call us a taxi when there were none in the hotel. There’s a POPMART at the entrance of the hotel 😂 The housekeeping staff always made the bed beautifully and restocked my towels everyday. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel is well serviced by buses/taxis/walking. A pleasant stay - I wish it was longer.

We booked the hotel because of the swimming pool. The music played within the pool area creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The life guard-海哥is attentive and consistently greets guests with a warm smile. Also I would like to Thank YOU the server from the bar this morning who help me to order 2 coffees and Bacalhau. Kindly suggest could adding some trash bins and a designated smoking area near the pool would make the place even better. As you offered guest to scan QR code for order drinks and food, however there is not trash bins around.

Convenient location with many bus routes near the hotel. Efficient hotel staff. Clean room with adequate hygienic items provided. Excellent view as well. A satisfying experience, highly recommend!

I did not expect so much from this hotel But absolutely new everything well decorated Hygine was excellent, no smoke smell or other smell. Bathroom was very clean n they have japanese style western washable bathroom, tub exvellent, The view was waterfront dynamic view with macau tower, fully worth it.

The hotel is so luxury😍 the view and the room is good. Will definitely come back.

Amazing Stay at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel – Highly Recommended! My recent stay at YOHO Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, stylish decor, and excellent service.

The location of the hotel is convenient for going to famous. The view of the room was good but it took too much time to check in.

The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and on top of things. But the room we actually got was on a low floor with a city view even though the hotel was basically empty. The vibes of the hotel felt a little odd - but we had a lovely time with a clean room. The pool was a little cold but it also is still spring time.  Be warned that all food places nearby close early and open late - it seems to be an odd Macau thing.

We booked the sea view room for one night during Easter Holiday. The view is stunning overlooking Macau Tower. The room is clean with all the amenities as described. Good value. Will come back in the future.

We love this hotel and it’s our second time that we stayed here because of its location and friendliness of their staffs. And we have a surprise upgraded to master suite from diamond suite. The room contains a kitchen, living room and two bath rooms. Once again we like to thanks the hotel Staff especially Miguel and Dennis at the front desk. Both were very helpful, their warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.

I jchecked into my hotel room and it's really nice! The view is amazing, and I even got a free upgrade. Couldn't be happier!

There is an infinite pool. One of the pools is heated pool The weather was a bit cool but no worries.
