I arrived without previous booking the receptionist were kind and assissted me to book an available room They are 3 hotels next to each other under same management. The hotel has a private beach and provides chaise long and towels . It has sea view rooms..nice simple breakfast.. Very clean and cozy rooms with ac and tv It also has lots of activities at a reasonable price

La visita di Sceriffo Sternray prenotata all'hotel è stata una giornata straordinaria e grande valore per soldi. Vi abbiamo visto molti squali, molti stingray, ma purtroppo non ci sono delfini. Un bel pranzo di riso è incluso in una sandbank, ma mangiamo a barca a causa della pioggia. Ci sentivamo molto attenti da tutta l'equipaggio, ma soprattutto Rocky che ci prendeva cura del mare tutto il tempo e ha preso delle immagini sorprendenti che sono inclusi nel prezzo di 60US. Questo giovane fa un lavoro fantastico e si raccomanda di viaggiare e compagnia. Grazie per il viaggio di vita!

We stayed as a family for 3 nights in the quadruple room which was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 children to sleep comfortably. The quadruple rooms do not face the sea. The condition of the room is excellent and the hotels seems to be well maintained. Service wise, the staff are generally polite. The breakfast had limited options. Be warned, the cats literally dine with you in the restaurant and it appears to be a problem across the island. The beach is nice although it is not maintained as it should be. There were plenty of sun beds available. Water sports are very reasonably priced compared to average prices in Maldives. Overall, pleasant stay.

Il mio primo viaggio a maafushi e l'hotel lea spa è un grande luogo per soggiornare e vivere. Il personale amichevole dalla ricezione al ristorante è eccellente. La camera è davvero pulita, comoda letto. Un minibar con una bottiglia d'acqua e caffè è davvero grande. La strada è pulita e sempre puzza molto bello e fresco. Il ristorante superiore del tetto è molto pulito e cibo e bevande deliziosi e la vista sul sole è un grande momento per gustare cena con il sole baciare la vista sugli oceani. La ricezione è molto pulita e ben organizzata con qualsiasi richiesta degli ospiti. Maya sorride sempre e controlla se gli ospiti hanno bisogno di qualsiasi aiuto per prenotare escursioni, ecc.. Maya è un personale meraviglioso che cerca davvero di vendere le camere, promosse il ristorante. Mi sento come lei un grande patrimonio per la gestione dell'hotel. Rakeeb il ragazzo della stanza è molto amichevole e piacevole da parlare. Il mio soggiorno dal 21 agosto al 22 agosto nella stanza 206 è una memoria che sarà sempre ricordata e sarò certamente tornato a questo hotel.

The staff is rude and uncooperative, especially their operation manager , a very malicious and provocative person. The hotel is not 4 stars at all. Before and after the hotel is a construction area, which makes it a very dirty place. The restaurant smells rancid and the food is bad. We could not eat a bite, even the water glasses smelled bad. The session The interior and exterior are lousy, and the disaster is that the beach and the sea are not beautiful, as if you are in a poor village that is not in the Maldives. Our children’s room was dirty and full of insects, and when we told them they just sprayed insecticide and caused our children allergies, the balcony is not soundproofed and all the noise and drums on the beach and the street you hear while you are inside the room, we could not sleep That night, one hour, even the voices of people in the entrance can be heard, and the curtains are not light-proof, the bed and pillows are very bad, we stayed one night and asked to checke out early and that they have to return to us part of the payment of the remaining four nights and for two rooms .we checked out to find out that they deducted all the booking and the high tax and the 5 breakfasts with the green tax with careLess and disregards from their manager . It was the most terrible hotel in Maldives with the biggest lose

I stayed in Triton hotel last Nov .2022 for 5 nights,really I enjoyed alot our stay in this hotel my room was sea view ,each day I woke up on stunning view,also the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful ,also the trips they offered were very nice and well organized, I hope to stay again in this hotel in my next trip to maldives

Il 2 dicembre è stato il compleanno di mio marito e l'intero personale F&B di Kaani Palm Beach durante il colazione mi ha aiutato a sorprendere mio marito con una torta e feste e mio marito era molto felice per questo dolce gesto. Vorremmo anche apprezzare la signora Kadek da F&B a Kaani Palm Beach, è estremamente cortese e dolce e non si ferma mai a sorridere, ha sempre un bel sorriso in tutto e si prende cura dei suoi clienti così bene. Molto bene, signora, le auguriamo il meglio per il futuro.

Masala Street (inside White Shell Hotel): L'ingresso sembra molto adorabile, ma quando si entra, è una sorta di un po'di giù dove hanno una stanza vuota con tavoli e sedie messe insieme. Poiché questo ristorante è collegato all'Hotel White Shell Island e al Spa, i prezzi dei menu sono tutti in USD, come per tutti gli altri ristoranti dell'isola di Maafushi che sono collegati ad un hotel. D'altra parte, sembra che i ristoranti siano soli a pagare in MVR. Un grave negativo è che assicurino un tasso del 4% sul conto di pagamento con carta, che non si applica se pagate con contanti. Il momento in cui abbiamo detto che non abbiamo dollari e che stavo per uscire, la persona ha detto che non c'è problema che paghiamo con carta e che rinuncia al 4 percento. LOL! Kadhai e Rotis (perché il loro tandor non era operativo, quindi non potevamo avere una nana) e sono stati piacevolmente sorpresi dal gusto. Era molto simile al gusto indiano tipico. I rotoli erano fulka e servivano a pipe calde aggiungendo alla buona esperienza. Ci rivolgeremmo, solo per il gusto.

Immediatamente circa il meno. Il frigorifero non ha funzionato, anche se può essere visto come nuovo. È stato offerto di utilizzare il frigorifero al fondo dell'hotel. L'hotel offre una posizione a richiesta, in realtà ci sono molte nuvole sgradevoli, sulla spiaggia non trovi o fornisce altri per i quali i commercianti locali ti chiedono di comprare un cocktail. Solo un paio di canali locali.La TV non è intelligente che è strano per un hotel 21-year. Il resto è buono!Il personale è molto tentato. Tutto è nuovo intorno. Maafushi non è la migliore opzione per passare una vacanza completa su di esso, ma sarà perfettamente adattato come punto di transito tra le isole o se è necessario attendere qualcosa in questo paese dal bilancio.

The hotel has a great location in the middle of Maafushi’s centrum. But so many small things made the stay uncomfortable, especially the lack of information from the hotel’s part. I tried to book transfer ahead from Malé airport to The hotel on Maafushi island. Approximately 4 days before my arrival I got in touch with someone from Seven Hotels saying that it would be possible and which timings I would like. From there I never heard anything back. I tried to write them several mails, contacting them on Facebook and even calling them. No one never replied me back! When my final departure date for Maldives was about to start, I was a bit stressed as I didn’t have any transfer booked ahead from the airport! I like being organized when I travel and this was a very bad start of my short vacation. I landed in Malé airport 06:00 am. In the morning and I had to wait 4 hours in a crowded airport, meanwhile trying to figure out how to find transfer from there to the hotel! In the end I found a random small guy in a white shirt! Who finally was able to help me, but all this stress could have been avoided from the hotels site if it was arranged prior my arrival! When I arrived to Maafushi island a guy was picking me up at the port and I tried to explain my dissatisfaction. The staff barely spoke English - and I gave up. I then contacted Seven Corals via mail, and now I heard from them explaining their wifi connection was bad and therefore they couldn’t get in touch with me! But to be honest this isn’t any excuse! Then you should remove the service online if you aren’t able to help your customers! I booked a deluxe room, and was given another room at the ground floor as my other room wasn’t ready! My check in was at 12:00 pm. But they said it wouldn’t be ready before 15:00 pm! This is also very bad! No housekeeping was neither offered during my 4 days stay. I had to ask for toilet paper! The toilet lid was broken and there was a huge bump in the right side of the bed! I travel the whole world! And this experience wasn’t nice at all! I never write negative reviews! But with your hotel I have too! As it kind of destroyed my small vacation from the beginning. Especially the lack of responsibility as a hotel! The lack of information was so poor!
