The management has no integrity. Due to a verified death in my family, we requested a refund; they were the ONLY management that absolutely refused. When I attempted to reschedule for a week later, they claimed they had no availability; this was a blatant untruth. I went on the app and booked a room; when I informed them of their inaccuracy, they claimed that I had been lucky (verbatim). They got the last laugh when they charged me 1900 francs (yes 1900) for my final night when other adjacent properties were charging 400 francs. Lastly - importantly - they have no fitness center ( you have to go down the street to one of the hotels that charge less). Further, their restaurant is in the basement; it has no view and no ambience whatsoever. Horrendous.

I was first thinking that ok..this will be a regular hotel room..and Marriotts are nice.. I was wrong.. IT is not just a Marriott. It is a beautiful more like a boutique type hotel. The staff were great. The location is a short distance from the train station and everything is close and walkable. The hotel gave a transportation pass for the entire city. We used the bus to come back into town and it was easy (first time I took a bus in 40 years) All the main attractions for downtown are right there. The shower...best shower I have ever had in my life. The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly with out outside noise ever even being heard. The dinner in the hotel will not get a thumbs up, skip that one, but the breakfast was outstanding and one of the best we had in Switzerland. It was a buffet and made to order eggs and pancakes. I would definitely stay here again.

Grande esperienza, dal momento che siamo arrivati. Famiglie di 4 e siamo rimasti in una suite con una grande camera per la famiglia. Non ci siamo resi conto al momento, ma abbiamo prenotato l'unica camera in hotel con una sauna privata che era un bonus sorprendente. L'hotel ha un vecchio fascino del mondo. Non è un lusso moderno, ma ci siamo ancora sentiti più di quello che l'attenzione, la attenzione e il servizio che si è fatto per alcuni di esso. Prova il ristorante Villa Schweizerhof fuori proprietà per un fantastico pasto. Se tornasse a Lucerne, resterò qui.

Large stately hotel. the hotel also has residences which means less hotel guests and traffic (in a good way). i generally look for hotels with pools and saunas attached and the pool area has was beautiful was outdoor patio with view of alps and lakes. Lockers, robes and slippers provided. i had room #205 which had peekaboo view of lake and mainly a rooftop, I suspect City View rooms would be noisy with busy road in front. book lake view if possible. the front staff was lovely and very helpful. They were very accommodating in trying to sort out my room. I could have been made to move after the 1st night but to their credit - saw it was easier to keep me in the same room. restaurant and bar with outdoor seating looking out towards lake and promenade. Heavenly!

Soggiornato 2 notti a fine Giugno. L'hotel è in una posizione centrale ma la camera con letto sing. dove stavo doveva essere originariamente una camera di servizio, dall'aspetto vetusto, stretta, senza frigobar, senza aria condizionata (c'era un ventilatore, in un hotel 4 stelle mi aspetto che ci sia...) e collegata con un'altra stanza tramite una porta chiusa a chiave (la coppia della stanza accanto con i loro bambini si sentiva come se fosse dentro la mia).Non c'era una cassaforte per laptop (solo una piccola) in stanza nè frigobar, nè personale che sapesse parlare l'italiano, come indicato nella descrizione dell'hotel. Mi hanno erroneamente fatturato il costo della camera sulla carta prepagata che avevo dato per cauzione anche se la prenotazione e il pagamento erano a carico dell'agenzia di viaggio, senza nessun preavviso e prima del check out . Ho subito segnalato la cosa al personale che ha fatto il rimborso scusandosi (non rimborsata la commissione bancaria di 3,50, segnalato anche questo ma nessuna risposta....non è per I pochi spiccioli ma la proverbiale precisione degli svizzeri dov'è andata a finire?). Non ci ritornerei.

Ho prenotato una doppia e una singola da venerdì su sabato in internet davano un offerta di buono sconto a chi mangiava al ristorante ho prenotato al telefono menzionando alla promozione purtroppo la conferma da parte loro e andata in Spam e chiamando dinuovo mi hanno confermato tutto ok .abbiamo speso al ristorante fr 380.-avremmo dovuto beneficiare di fr 160 sulle camere ,al Momento del conto ci e stato detto che non abbiamo prenotato l azione quando era sul bancone ricezione fuori all entrata abbiamo pagatofr 720.-con una colazione non consumata non c è stato modo di sapere perché non ho beneficiato dell azione il giorno era giusto il menù era quello che davano .Il covit li ha resi disonesti x il resto bella struttura.

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica. Meno di 1 minuto a piedi dal centro d'informazione situato dalla stazione ferroviaria. La camera dell'hotel è buona, ma i bordi del letto protrudono fuori, quindi è necessario essere più cauti. Arriviamo alle 7:00 di domenica sera e il check-in è stato veloce. Grazie per la password WiFi e la carta di visita Lucerne sono fornite al check-in invece di doverlo richiedere. Alle 11:00, quando ho cercato di inserire il nome utente WiFi e password, mostra il Credit utilizzato. Ho chiamato la ricezione per l'assistenza e mi è stato detto di venire a ricezione. Dopo aver sceso, mi è stato dato un'altra stampa dal nome utente WiFi e password. Non capisco perché non si possa comunicare via telefono, tornando in camera, provando il nuovo nome utente e password e non funziona ancora. Solo il mattino successivo, quando sono andato alla reception, sono riuscito a accedere al WiFi e a ricevere un altro ID utente e password. Non sono sicuro se questo è comune in Svizzera, ma questo è sicuro il mio primo incontro.

Prima volta a Lucerna. Abbiamo scelto l'hotel guardando sulla mappa. Posizione fantastica: a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, a pochi passi dal lago, a pochi passi dal centro. Camere moderne, spaziose e pulite. Colazione fantastica. Personale gentilissimo e davvero molto disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente, magari per godere dell'atmosfera natalizia di Lucerna.

Sono stato davvero eccitato a iniziare a viaggiare dopo 2 anni di hiatus. Ho scelto la Svizzera perché avevo già fatto piani per il viaggio a 3 settimane nel maggio 2020. Ho dovuto cancellarlo a causa della pandemia COVID-19. Ho scelto l'Hotel Alpina a Luzerne per la sua grande comodità e affordabilità. È vicino a molti piatti e altre attrazioni. Ho prenotato 2 camere; 338 e 339. Abbiamo goduto di vista stradale e ci sono maravigliati nel bellissimo edificio di fronte alle nostre camere. Ho notato che l'edificio opposto è stato costruito nel 1537 [necessità di confermare ]. La strada era generalmente tranquilla, tranne quando le mattine quando i camion di rubino li hanno puliti. La stanza ha una semplice disposizione e la mia ha 2 scudetti nell'area di soggiorno. La zona di letto e le piastrelle sono confortevoli. La camera da letto è piccola ma tutti i prodotti hanno funzionato bene. Non ho visto nessun personale all'Alpina, poiché la maggior parte di loro erano situati nel vicino hotel sorella, The Monopol, che si trova a circa 20 metri di distanza. L'hotel Alpina è situato a 110 m dalla stazione ferroviaria di Luzerne e è stato relativamente facile da trovare. La mia camera è più grande di 338. In totale, ho avuto una grande esperienza di soggiornare in questo hotel.

E'un piccolo hotel rosso, il terreno è davvero buono. Il sole è pieno di balcone e stanza quando si ferma l'oggi pomeriggio.La stanza è leggermente piccola, l'apparecchiatura è un po'antica ma può essere accettata. La prossima volta dovresti scegliere qui. Se il bagaglio è più o pesante, non è consigliabile.La strada e le scale qui vicino non sono molto amichevole.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, we booked the room for 4 peoples and we came with 5 peoples instead because we booked it through an app, i intend to pay the additional bf and charges at the spot. All the staff are friendly and a lot of smile except one, which i guess is the boss. In the morning when we are going to have bf i talk to the receptionist or the boss about paying for an extra charge for another person. He look at me with anger and said he is pissed of me because of having 5 peoples instead of 4 allowed . Im willing to pay for an extra charge and asked for his help to find me another room but his reply really surprised me, he said he is fully booked and insisted one of my family member to move out today, he said it is not his problem. Well this is something new for me, a hotel with a boss acting as receptionist, and a hospitality industry that evicting a customer who is willing to pay. In the end he deactivated my key card and make my mother and my wife abandoned in the lobby waiting for me to talk to the boss to reactivate the key card. When i go talk to him ,he already waiting with another key for another room . He said i have a single room available for you to rent and it will cost you Chf 120 for one night. Why dont he said that in the morning when I talk to him ? Is he did it to show me that he is in power ? Well the question is, is it legal for him to lock my room ,which i had pay in full, just to make me come to him, instead of him talk to me and ask me to pay extra ? So many drama in altstadt krone hotel. Now the reviews Lobby is minimalist Room is standard Bathroom empty shampoo dispenser Breakfast standard selection but the taste is delicious Location is the best Hotel staff is friendly And Drama is plenty
