"La stanza appartiene alla regola media, e in generale è ancora buona e molto adatta per il ricreazione. Vantaggi: il servizio di cura è molto disponibile e le esigenze saranno soddisfatte in tempo.L'ambiente circostante è bello, l'aria è molto buona, l'ossigeno naturale! È possibile tenere caldo e caldo in un attimo, o scegliere di andare fuori, adatto alla famiglia. Insufficiente: la colazione non è molto amichevole. Se mangiare un pasto non è il tempo necessario per mangiare lo stesso prima di ogni giorno, puoi andare all'hotel per la colazione, ma c'è troppo gente, il ristorante è molto dolce. La stanza non è molto amichevole per gli ospiti del primo piano. La vasca deve salire e tutti i beni devono essere forniti dopo aver consigliato al proprietario. "The hotel is an architectural marvel—beautifully designed and truly memorable. Service overall was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff throughout the property. Our room was comfortable, and the stay started off promising, but there were a few letdowns. Restaurant service was slow, with dishes arriving out of order, and the food felt overpriced for the quality. Most disappointing was being denied access to the swimming pool—the lifeguard wouldn’t allow us in, saying it was too cold to swim."

"旅行規劃最後確定這個酒店，但這家酒店是孩子們認為旅途中最好的酒店，空氣好，環境好，孩子們還有很多遊樂設施可以玩，服務也很不錯，特別表揚研學服務部大堂經理楊俊聰，看到我們想加床，但由於酒店沒有加床服務，準備自己克服克服，他特地去市區買了床墊，確實讓人特別感動，而且國慶期間衞生服務也很到位，泡池一早就沖洗的很乾凈，希望下次有機會再去"

"great experiance .all the staff great us and help with any requst .espically Mack who take care of any request and answered pationally although he couldnt speek english we use translation. the hotel is 2 min drive by hottel shutle to the scenic area. we got free entrance as hotel guests and we a free sight seeing bus ride in the scenic area. there are also pools and hot spring area inside the hotel which we enjoyed very much .we also enjoyed meditation class in the morning and singing bowl theraphy class which was bery relaxing and special dont miss it we have had great time there."

"一家人訂了兩個標間和一個行政套房。 優點：1.服務：客房、前台服務不錯，禮貌熱情耐心響應快，房間的瓶裝水數量很足。2.早餐很好吃、比較豐盛且新鮮，有當地特色。3.大堂有奶茶咖啡一直供應，小盆友很喜歡。4.健身房和乒乓球、桌球室不錯。 缺點：1.衞生有待提升，特別是地毯看上去挺臟的，連帶着房間也有一股味兒，開門窗吹空調後有所緩解，建議別鋪地毯了。2.♨️温泉的服務拉胯，水温很低，且衹開放3個泡池🤦尤其是13號下午16：00左右，我們剛入住興致勃勃來泡温泉，結果水温很低，温泉服務中心前台沒有人值守，我們打電話給大堂請求叫人把温泉水加熱，10多分鐘後來了箇中年微胖的女士，態度不好，推三阻四不想加熱水，小盆友又特別想玩水，在不到體温高的温泉水中又僵持20多分鐘幾經溝通協調，終於加熱了～單憑這一搞印象分大大下跌。望改進，祝越來越好！"

"Great stay! The hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable. The hot spring is the main reason for our stay. We enjoyed the different kids of hot spa very much. Breakfast was good. Hotel is located in a large man made lake community with very fresh air and nice surroundings. Only thing could be improved is that mini-fridge is not working."
