Номера старенькие, но свежие, пастельное белье хорошее У отеля богатая инфраструктура на берегу Нила На территории есть много ресторанов и зон отдыха, есть шиша бар. Есть русско-говорящие сотрудники Менеджер Светлана помогла нам оформить трансфер в аэропорт, и поменяла номер + у друзей сделали повышение класса до Люкса ! Путешествовали с друзьями Все довольны

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la cena è stata eccellente e a buon prezzo, i miei figli hanno goduto soprattutto della cena. Il servizio in hotel è stato eccellente con il benvenuto personale, buoni tempi di risposta e ciò che si sentiva come servizio personalizzato da diversi membri del personale. Siamo venuti a Luxor per vedere i siti storici e la posizione è ben adattata per questi,. L'hotel ha una grande vista sul Nilo ..... La nostra prima mattina ci svegliamo per vedere i baloncini aerei caldi che volano alti sopra la Cisgiordania .... bella.Il trasporto a questi siti è stato molto ben organizzato e realisticamente costoso, Raccomando con grande attenzione il servizio di trasporto alberghiero. Una menzione speciale va a Clara, che non solo era molto consapevole di tutte le viaggi, ma anche uscì dal suo modo per assicurarsi che se ci fossero problemi con il vostro viaggio organizzato, avrebbe fatto tutto il possibile per risolverli in modo soddisfacente e mantenerli Lei è facile da informare. Non ci sono stati negativi nel nostro 4 notti di soggiorno.

Great experience it‘s nice stay because you see the flamingo and the nice Garden good to stay with together. Price is affordable, and convenient to visit luxor temple and market nearby. however the hotel is tricky about price, you need to pay by person, instead of pay by room. It cost you extra charge for stay more than one person, and the receipt shows below cannot identify which item was charged for.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a slight mix up at the front desk when we checked in but they were very apologetic and sent a huge try a food via room service to us the evening we checked in. It was much appreciated. We had a room in the back by the back pool. Found the room to be a nice size with a sitting area. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was weird to maneuver around though. The sink and shower are in the immediate section of the bathroom with the toilet separated. That's fine, but it was separated by a swing door and there's not much room for it. On the other hand, the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. It doesn't provide much privacy since it doesn't close as well as a swing or pocket door. The pools are clean and beautiful but beware the stone tiles around it get very slippery with water and sand. Watch your step. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and service was excellent. We also ate in the Italian restaurant for dinner one night. Service there was great but food was ok. Our room service snacks and breakfast were better. I would stay here again!

The hotel is perfectly located and has amazing views of the Nile, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset ! The service was impeccable and they prepared for us breakfast box. The only criticism which is not only applicable to the hotel is the fact that the price quoted for them helping to call a taxi by the reception was by far higher than what it would normally cost to grab a taxi and use the meter
