La posizione è molto buona. Più di dieci minuti a piedi possono raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Lussemburgo.E il parcheggio a terra dell'hotel è molto pieno, c'è un parcheggio sotterraneo e un parcheggio gratuito.Quindi siamo molto convenienti a guidare qui. La stanza è anche molto pulita, il personale della reception è entusiasta, perché ho una multa per il parcheggio a Bruxelles. Non capisco il testo sopra. Il personale della reception è anche molto entusiasta di aiutarmi a vedere e a controllare le informazioni.Molte grazie.

Top Hotel, nice Design and set up. Location a bit out but easily accessible via the free public transports. Sadly we booked via Trip.com 2 rooms for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. Booking confirmed for us, but reception refused to allow us check in, since it was against their policy to allow 3 people in a double room. So we had to pay an additional fee for a larger room to get us checked in. The whole holiday excitement got lost over this event…

La posizione è molto conveniente vicino alla stazione principale, più vicino alle fermate degli autobus e dei tram. Ci sono molte costruzioni sulla strada fuori dall'hotel, ma non è stato un problema. La nostra stanza era una buona dimensione, non grande, ma buona spazio aperto di chiusura/spazio di magazzinaggio. Il letto era comodo con le mutandine davvero buone! Il bagno aveva una doccia molto grande, un piccolo bacino, ma in generale bello. Molti uscite/piumini, buoni specchi, un lungo ufficio. Non abbiamo fatto il colazione, quindi non possiamo parlarne. Nemmeno abbiamo fatto il bar al tetto. Mentre la zona di lobby/ricezione è piccola, è benvenuta e nuova, proprio come le camere. Tutto era pulito, nuovo e moderno. Il personale era super utile e bello. Ci sarebbe stato felice di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Was able to do an early check-in and the hotel looks exactly the same in the picture. Staff were really friendly. Staff even booked taxi for us at dawn for our early flight. Hotel and room looks super nice! Have a vid of the room but can’t seem to upload it. Overall really satisfied!!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in Luxemburg und dafür war das Hotel Empire perfekt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und alles wurde schnell und unkompliziert abgewickelt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mehr als ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr überrascht, die Auswahl war liebevoll und von hoher Qualität. Durch die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof bzw. einer Hauptverkehrsstraße kann es natürlich mal lauter werden, im 3. Stock war es aber vollkommen OK. Dafür ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und wir waren trotz Parkplatz am „P+R Lux Sud“ mit dem Bus innerhalb von 15 min am Hotel. Gerne wieder!

hotel di ottimo livello, di categoria superiore, posto in una zona residenziale a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro. attenzione è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici - che sono gratis - ed ha collegamento diretto con l'aeroporto tramite la linea 6. questa linea passa anche per il centro. per il problema auto hanno un parcheggio ma al costo di 25 euro a notte. la nostra camera era dotata di tutti i comfort. pulizia giornaliera. nella tariffa non era compresa la colazione che aveva un costo extra di ben 20 euro a persona. il problema è stato risolto o andando da hoffman, uscendo sulla sinistra, oppure dal fornaio un poò più avanti sulla destra verso il centro.

Siamo stati una famiglia di 4 persone che hanno soggiornato in 2 camere da regina al 18° piano per 2 notti, e mi permetta di dire che ho solo grandi cose da dire su questo hotel. In primo luogo, la posizione non era problema per noi, poiché il trasporto pubblico è gratuito e l'autobus ci ha caduto circa 3-4 minuti a piedi dall'hotel; è circa 30 minuti alla capitale, ma l'autobus è regolare e non abbiamo avuto problemi. In secondo luogo, le camere erano molto grandi e pulite, le toilette erano ancora migliori e avevano un bagno raro. Il personale del desk front was so nice; I didn't catch their name but we were offered cookies as soon as we check in at the reception and they were always so kind and helpful. La piscina era aperta e siamo andati la sera per provare la piscina e c'erano solo 2 altri e è stato bello avere una rapida dip in piscina (siamo stati persi cercando di trovarla ma è necessario solo andare attraverso il ginnastica alla bagno per accedere alla zona di nuoto!) Il colazione è stato delizioso, soprattutto le uova yum e una vasta gamma di cibo/bevande. Stiamo facendo un viaggio in Europa e, da lontano, questo è stato il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato per tutta la vita! Si consiglia di prenotare con questo hotel se hai qualche dubbio.

buon punto Era molto comodo perché era proprio di fronte all'aeroporto. I minimarket erano situati in tutto l'aeroporto e potevo andarci in qualsiasi momento. La colazione era deliziosa con un'ampia varietà di tè al miele, pane e formaggio, e il personale maschile era sempre sorridente, divertente e molto gentile! Il ragazzo e la donna alla reception sono stati molto gentili. Inoltre, il personale del piano era gentile. Purtroppo La sera sono andato a mangiare in un ristorante. Forse perché la mancia era inferiore all'importo desiderato dall'impiegato? Dopo aver pagato il conto, mi sono sentito a disagio con il suo viso e il suo atteggiamento straordinari! Anche quando ho salutato alla fine, sono stato ignorato! Inoltre, il gusto è solo la mia opinione personale... non era salato quindi non sono riuscito a finirlo. Dopo aver pulito la stanza, era installato un oggetto sporco con shampoo usato! Era sporco quindi l'ho buttato via. *Foto della colazione

Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and/or stay again. In detail: - My partner and I stayed here during summer holidays. It was a mixed business & leisure trip. I worked in the lobby/restaurant for 2 days and Wifi was great throughout the entire hotel (no glitched, no loss of connection during conference calls). - All staff was very friendly and helpful. From the people at the reception, to the cleaning personal, as soon as we had a question, they helped us. - The rooms are also very modern, clean and with quiet AC(airco). I would even suggest to the hotel that it’s not needed to renew all towels every day. I’m ok with using my towel for a few days. ;) - Breakfast is ok. It’s all there (cheeses, meats, fruit, yoghurt, cornflakes, coffee, tea, milk, juices, eggs, toast & croissants.). It is fresh and tasty, but don’t expect a lavish brunch. I read some of the previous reviews and sometimes people need to manage their own expectations. ;) As it is a new hotel, some suggestions I would like to bring to hotel management: - I was missing a tiny fridge in the room. Luckily the staff stored our food in the kitchen, but I felt a bit guilty asking for it every morning. - I would invest in an AC in the breakfast room. It’s a very nice space, filled with light, but that also means that during summer it gets quite warm. Nonetheless: definitely worth a stay when visiting Luxembourg! Extra tip! Go visit the brewery next door + tasting and ask for Eric. Eric was our tour guide. He’s very knowledgeable and like to share his stories, which for us made sure we had a great time! Also the beer is good (bonus, haha). :P
