Impianti: la stanza è grande.Il letto è molto comodo.Le strutture sono molto nuove.E il suono di Bose, l'esperienza è molto buona. Ambiente: vicino alla Corte europea, la stazione ferroviaria cammina a un centinaio di metri, l'ambiente è accogliente e conveniente.L'hotel è un tetto e la luce è buona. Servizio: molto gentile, si occupano del soggiorno mattina e dopo pomeriggio si ricordano ancora del mio nome.Quando si occupano del soggiorno c'e' qualcosa, quindi mi hanno aiutato a mandare il bagaglio nella stanza. Quando si propone di cambiare camera, la velocità di trattamento è anche molto veloce, spedisce direttamente la carta di camera nella mia stanza, e poi aiutami a prendere il bagaglio nella nuova stanza.

Abbiamo avuto il soggiorno più straordinario presso l'Hotel Place d'Armes - una destinazione davvero lussuosa. Abbiamo prenotato una delle camere meno costose, ma quando Thibaud mi ha notato che viaggiava con un figlio di età superiore, ha capito che entrambi apprezzeremmo più privacy di quanto non fosse permesso. Ci ha mostrato diverse camere alternative per vedere quali sarebbero più idonee, e ha finito per darci una doppia aggiornamento solo per poter essere più comodi! Ovviamente non avrebbe potuto farlo se l'hotel fosse pieno (in alta stagione) ma solo per pensarci ha mostrato una tale incredibile pensiero. Infatti, durante il nostro soggiorno ci fu colpito da quanto proattivo il personale era. Non solo rispondevano alle domande o rispondevano alle richieste, ma non sapevamo che la pioggia fosse prevista, ma si offrivano ombrelli. Non ci siamo resi conto che la partenza dalla città era necessaria per un percorso diverso da quello che avevamo fatto, ma hanno fatto, e hanno dato istruzioni prima di chiedere.Abbiamo anche mangiato nel ristorante, colazione e cena, e era semplicemente meraviglioso. Ma anche il cibo era delizioso e, per coloro che non conoscono la cucina lussemburghese, esotico! La colazione era bella e lavagna. Ci trattavamo come la royalty.

It is a very good hotel, located just a short walk from Duke Palace. Three or four tram stops from Central railway station. Public transport is free in Luxembourg. Check-in was swift and staff was helpful. My room was of a decent size, spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and spotless. To my surprise there was no coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was magnificent. All choices, some plates to order. Juices, sparkling wine, great coffee. Restaurant served good food for lunch and dinner. I would like to acknowledge Maxime, Arthur, Corentin, Jade and Viviene being very helpful at the restaurant. Great stay overall, highly recommend.

Beh, il ristorante come il penthouse: sicuramente una delle più splendide viste di una capitale europea, leggermente così attraente come l'altra che avevo in questo ristorante molto il sabato 15 luglio: un sorriso eccellente su una donna solitario, con capelli bui, proprio davanti a me, più tardi al colazione, sicuramente una figlia di Afrodite! Avresti dovuto chiedere un check-out tardivo di domenica mattina invece di lasciarla dietro al receptionist, i fine settimana sono sempre troppo brevi! Quindi sì, tutte le viste considerate, splendido colazione nel ristorante (mangiare un po' meno splendido perché mancava una vista)! ;) Più seriamente, questa stazione ferroviaria è a soli 10 minuti a piedi, così si può ammirare la città facendo la vostra strada. Inoltre, molto bella camera singola, piatti copiosi, dessert piacevoli (il mango è stato ben fatto) e tutto questo un personale di cura! In quel biglietto, un bel fine settimana in questo hotel, sarò certamente tornato l'anno prossimo, spero di ammirare di nuovo le stesse viste! A tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel: Grazie per il vostro servizio!

Hotel Vauban is smack bang in the centre of Luxembourg City, opposite the town hall (confusingly called Hotel de Ville!) so location is perfect. It is a small boutique hotel off the main shopping streets. It is a tiny reception but the greeting is very welcoming. The elevator is only accessible by going up some stairs to the first floor so obviously not wheelchair or mobility accessible. The room was recently redecorated and was a decent size for a city centre in an old building. The bed was very comfortable and quite large. There is a spacious wardrobe, a desk and multi language television. The bathroom is a bit dated but was clean. The shower was small but with plenty of hot water and fantastic water pressure. Breakfast is served in the small cafe downstairs beside the reception. It was a table service continental style. Fresh bread roll, ham, cheese, yogurt, croissants, jam and orange juice and various coffees. This is the perfect spot to base yourself while on a visit to the beautiful capital city of the Archduchy. Highly recommended

Ottima struttura😍 Peccato che un weekend voli!! Zona servita dai mezzi con fermate a pochissimi metri di distanza dall'ingresso . I tram e gli autobus sono gratuiti e passano ogni 3/ 5 minuti. Cinque fermate dal centro. Ubicato in una zona prettamente nuova e di uffici. Piccolo centro commerciale a pochi passi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile . Camere pulitissime e ben accessoriate, dall'angolo bar a scomparsa, al piccolo salottino, al grande bagno con doccia ampissima e vasca separata. Il wc è separato dal bagno e non possiede bidet. La doccia è bella ma scivolosa😮‍💨. La camera ben insonorizzata e con tapparelle che oscurano benissimo la luce se si vuole dormire di più. Manca solo se devi essere pistina Il kit bagnoschiuma, ciabattine e spazzolino che nei 4 stelle solitamente sono disponibili nelle toilette. Un giudizio super positivo per quel che riguarda la colazione. Prodotti salati e dolci con ampia scelta anche di piatti caldi..Scelta adatta a clientela internazionale, con metodo di servizio ben studiata per essere scorrevole.ad un prezzo congruo. Prodotti ottimi. Sicuramente siamo stati soddisfatti e lo consigliamo🫠

Top Hotel, bel design e disegno. Localizzazione leggermente fuori, ma facilmente accessibile attraverso i trasporti pubblici liberi. Purtroppo abbiamo prenotato via Trip.com 2 camere per 5 persone, 2 adulti e 3 bambini. La prenotazione è stata confermata per noi, ma la ricezione non ci ha consentito di accedere, perché era contro la loro politica di consentire 3 persone in una camera doppia. Perciò abbiamo dovuto pagare un'ulteriore commissione per una stanza più grande per entrare. L'intera eccitazione per le vacanze è persa per questo evento...

This hotel has more pros than cons. Staff very professional. Excellent food for breakfast so pretty pricey at 27 Euro. The rooms look very old fashioned and could do with a bit of touch up but I think that's part of the hotel's charm. I got a single room and it cost me about 98 US Dollars on trip.com's wonderful website. An excellent value for that price even an excellent value for $150 after that find someplace a little newer. Breakfast is really excellent except the eggs were undercooked and the bacon was undercooked and when I asked them to take it back to the kitchen and cook it a little more they would only cook the bacon for me. Maybe in Luxembourg people eat their eggs sweat but no way I could stomach that it would probably make me ill so I skipped the eggs. However the cheese was top notch and the meal was worth 27 Euro if you could eat 27 euro worth of cheese. I would even go so far as to say I would stay here again. The bathroom is a little outdated but charming and had birds and flowers on the tiles. The hotel front desk man acted as a concierge but clearly he had been there for a long time and was very well trained and had very good advice about where to eat and what to see. I like the whole staff and an added asset was the bar downstairs brings you back to many years ago. I was lucky enough to get a balcony in my room and it would be a wonderful idea if I had trouble with somebody to have wine on the balcony and watch the world go by. I will post my view from my balcony. I call this hotel room with a view. The hotel had more more pros than cons and I was happy with my decisions to stay there.

During my last business trip to Luxembourg, I stayed in a classic double room in the annex to the Grand Hotel Victor Hugo. The stay was excellent, and because of the summer temperatures I particularly appreciated the air conditioning and the window shutters. The spacious and clean room had an excellent bed, a large flat screen TV, a kettle to make coffee or tea and a minibar that can be used as a small fridge. The free WiFi always worked fine and the spacious shower cabin in the bathroom was a final plus. Staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet offered a good quality and variety. However, there were some minor drawbacks that prevents me from giving the top score. I found it annoying that the safe in the room did not work, which meant that I could not safely store my laptop in the evening. The hairdryer did not work either. The double bed actually consists of two joined single beds (though with an excellent mattress) and the annex is a rather soulless building. Nevertheless, if I were to visit Luxembourg again, I would be happy to stay at this hotel, although I would consider upgrading to the main building. Prices are a tad lower compared to similar chain hotels in Kirchberg. The Grand Hotel Victor Hugo is a great base for both leisure and business travellers. The free tram stops almost in front of the hotel (Theater stop) and the car can be parked cheaply on the nearby square (Glacis). The rate at Glacis is 1 euro per hour on weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM and is free outside these hours and on weekends. The centre of Luxembourg is easily accessible on foot and two minutes’ walk away you will find two supermarkets (Cactus and Monop' both open from 7 AM to 8 PM).

A volte vado lì per un fine settimana. Ottimo hotel, in una posizione privilegiata al centro del Lussemburgo. Il personale è così gentile e professionale, camera top pulita, minibar complementare nelle camere di gestione è perfetto. La vista dalla stanza è molto bello. La gestione sta facendo un grande lavoro per mantenere standard di alta qualità anche nelle alte stagioni. Ho anche raccomandato a due colleghi di venire questa volta (camere 520 e 517). Vorrei esprimere la mia estrema gratitudine alla signora che ha risolto la mia questione con la fattura, che è sempre stata molto professionale e molto gentile e utile. Io sarò certamente indietro. Grazie per il memorabile soggiorno.
