This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The rooms are spacious and cozy, with modern design and all the necessary amenities. But the most important thing is the breakfasts! A sumptuous choice of dishes, from fresh fruits to exquisite local delicacies. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any requests. A great place for a comfortable rest and a delicious start to the day!

В отеле идет ремонт. Очень гумно целый день. Хороший ресторан за небольшие деньги. Вежливый персонал. Есть парковка.
This is the best hotel in Lumajang, since Lumajang is a small city, therefore the best mean that it cannot be compare with best hotel in big cities. I have an executive room, however it is more like a deluxe room. Nothing special in the amenities and even the AC is not cold. Breakfast good was tasty but mainly Indonesian food. Hope to be back here again

We took the last room was Presidential Suite for 1.9 million Rupiah with breakfast. The room was ok but there was a toxic smell of drainage that reeked of ammonia all night. We tried closing the drains and covering those on the floor but to no help. The night was terrible and felt very unhealthy and suffocating even with the balcony door open. Left the hotel early and tired from the poorly slept night, mentioning the problem to the front desk. Suggest that Indonesian authorities would take a role in ensuring the sanitary conditions of the hotels.
