One of the best hotels I'd stayed. Every thing was clean n AI efficient. Air purifier, welcome drink , oxygenator was all provided. Toiletries all provided and sealed with plastic bag.felt wvvvv awe n pleased with the service

The hotel was great, the hospitality given was great, and they'll answer every question you have. I was served with a welcoming drink. A Chinese herb drink and with a kind of yogurt in the night. The room was equipped with smart room control with voice activation. Need to use Google translate voice to turn on/off lights, curtains, air conditioning, and so on. The towel however was a very thin piece of towel, better bring your own.

It was an amazing stay for me and my family. All the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful in responding to our requests and queries. The room was also very high tech and clean. We were quite impressed with the projector as well as the AI housekeeper. It was one of the best stays that we had in Yunnan. Thank you for all your help these few days.

Very comfortable, clean , and hospitality host. The room provides smart facilities such as humidifier, oxygen suppliers, welcome deserts and good night milk. We love this hotel very much.

The best hotel!! The room was very clean. There are heater and oxygen generater. There are much facilities we want. The hotel staff cannot seak english but very kind and helpful. There are 3 cats which is ver cute. We will come back again and stay here.

We booked 2 rooms with 1 nite stay. Location 15 mins walk to ancient city. Room amenities is modern and clean. Thumbs up for the shower. Bed is comfy and bright lighting which can be adjustable. Oxygen provided in the room is a plus point. Late check out available. Staff was helpful to carry our luggage to room and check out time.

Strongly recommend this hotel! The hotel is big and clean, staffs is friendly and helpful as well. The room is comfy and clean, they have provided disposable towels, facial tissue and air humidifier. All in all it’s a valuable stay !

We come to travel with family. vacation Reserve a family room with 3 beds. The rooms are clean, the lights are very bright, and the facilities are excellent. There is a projector. oxygen generator and humidifier But I don't have time to watch TV shows because I've been traveling all day and I'm exhausted. The bathroom is spacious, but there are disadvantages. The tile floor is very slippery. The shower and toilet spots are close to each other. The bathroom floor is not made in two levels to prevent wet floors from coming out of the shower area. The environment around the hotel is very good. Finding food to eat in the morning is close to the hotel. Walk to the ancient city for about 1 km. Enough to exercise.

Most comfortable inn stay compared to those we had in Lijiang and Dali. Clean and hygienic (pillow has disposable cover), has a lift (lifesaver with large luggage), bathroom has rack for hanging clothes, automatic toilet with good flush, projector with access to latest shows, self-service laundry facility, smell from people smoking at the lobby didn't travel to the room. Main gripe is that it's a good 20min walk to dukezong ancient town but it's otherwise a good location for getting didi. Would suggest the innkeeper to replace bed soon as the spring isn't working very well.

The hotel is near to the ancient city, with walking distance. The room is really nice and spacious. This hotel comes with elevator. The room heating element is good and functioning properly. I can get warm water from the water tap easily. This is a plus point especially during winter because in some other inn, their water tap doesn’t function properly even though it shows they have hot water. It’s really freezing when I need to brush my teeth and wash my face in the morning. My room comes with washing machine c/w dryer. We can wash our clothes easily. The receptionist who stationed at night is very friendly.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay here and it is easy to locate. Not too far from the railway station and the ancient city— though we need to take DiDi to go the places. The staffs are very warm, friendly and gave a top-notch hospitality! They gave us a welcome tea and there was one night the electricity was cut off. They sent us tea as an apology. They offered to send us to the railway station for free after we checked out. Definitely recommended to those who are coming to Shangri La! Me and my sister loved the place! Thank you! ☺️

The immediate area lacks a variety of shops, breakfast is not provided but there is a breakfast restaurant directly across the street. The quality of the food is average. Compared to hotels situated within the old town, this location is less convenient.
