I've been coming to Ludhiana every month since last 3 years for official purpose as well as with family and stayed in a number of hotels here but there is no match for Maharaja Regency. The ambiance of reception, restaurants, lobbies & rooms is absolutely superb. Food is really tasty, local residents also prefer to dine at their restaurants. Staff is so cool & supportive, especially the front office - be it Santosh ji, Akshay, Tanya, Jasjyot at FO or Sumit at restaurant. Their service quality is excellent.... Simply one can't get so much at the same place that too at moderate pricing and at a prime location.

Hi guys…. Want to share my experience with u all about Maharaj….. it is always pleasant to stay here….. be it food quality, room service, house keeping they all listen to u n serve us instantly and accordingly n that too with a smile….i am very happy that they are able maintain the same n update themselves with time….. thank u guys….. will like appreciate Anitaji as the house keeping service head…. She also took care of our stay……

Terrible stay at the property. Staff is like theif. I forgot my huge sweets package at the room and after 30 min i called them about my packet. They denied completely. Then after requesting and pressurising they called me back and returned my packet. And the packet was used. Sweets were eaten. My one box was missing. What is this property marking itself dishonest and untrustworthy. If i had left some precious thing i would have never got it. The main thing for the property is trust and safety. The staff is unprofessional and greedy. Pathetic stay.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Excellent and helpful staff that made our experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing is to much trouble and staff are always available and willing to help. Food was lovely including the breakfast and the pizza at the rooftop restaurant. The hotel is clean, room service available 24/7 and convenient for local shops. Special thanks to the staff on reception, house keeping and restaurant staff including Anita, Sandeep, Sunil, Amit, Ranjit and Vivek.

It was a comfortable stay. Food was good at dinner as well as at breakfast. The live performance during dinner was making the whole environment very relaxed

The property was recently renovated and everything felt new. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. I could even get help to get a car wash with the help of some unknown staff who went out of the way to find someone for it. Rooms are well done with clean linen and towels. And it's the one thing we are very particular about. No one pressured us to check out on time or even when we were one hour late in the check out. There are three restaurants and all are good. The only downside of the hotel is that it is on the main road. We usually prefer ones that are away from busy roads. But the room location was the farthest and were never noticed the road. Their rooftop restaurant is a must try.

Stay was good. Staff are helpful. Suggestion : would want to have toothbrush and tooth paste available in the washrooms.
