The staff was very courteous and welcoming. I was provided with an extended Check out time and the briyani I had was sumptuous. The chef also visited and sought my feedback which was really kind. The reception service was prompt and par excellence. Vijay and Shweta were extremely helpful in ensuring that my stay was comfortable.

Stiamo soggiornando con i membri della famiglia. Molto buono e confortevole soggiorno all'hotel nagpal ... Le camere erano molto vicine e pulite , e lavanderia era anche pulita. La cena era molto deliziosa.. Tutto il personale era molto amichevole e utile.. Grazie speciali per il manager di Indesh Singh F&b è stato molto supportivo e utile.

Stayed there for two nights. Good mid priced hotel located centrally. Rooms are good in set-up and size. I rated them 3 out of 5 because of the poor services. And given 3 star for location and structure only. Requested for Hair Dryer and they took hours to deliver on both the days. The staff at restaurant are ”Khattam”. They are not even able to take order properly. I requested for cold milk during breakfast and they provided Hot even after repeated request. They are treating guest like ”Yanha toh aisa he hota hai”.

L'attenzione ai dettagli è evidente nelle lenzuola di crisp, nei bagni temperati e nelle superfici lucidate. Il personale di manutenzione è attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, assicurando un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Hello team I had a booking there for last night and i was in room 513 which i booked online. It was my worst experience there. First of all there were no toiletries,dental kit in the bathroom,body lotion was kept but used one, telephone was not working was not able to call reception or any other hotel services. But when checking out the hotel front desk operator MRS.SARITA was asking for extra money of 1500/-rs telling us that we have ruined the bed sheet by dal stains. But when we checked there were no stains of dal. After that they told us to go in room and check but there was nothing. Even lifts were flooding with water. Seriously SARITA don't know how to talk to guests and in this industry you have to be very poliete but she was too RUDE. Even after realising their mistake one must apologise but she was giving tough look and told us to talk to Mr.Bipin. Firstly he was also not accepting the mistake but later he apologised for his behaviour. Requesting you to teach SARITA how to talk and takecare of their guests and everyone with a smile on her face. I had plans to stay in Ludhiana for 16 days before departing for Goa for couple of weeks. However, I wasn’t sure whether or not it would be a good idea to book the whole stay in one hotel, So I booked the ANNTILIA INN for 4 nights. If it was below my expectations, I would have checked out after 4 nights to go to another hotel. But only on day one, I fell in love with the place. My room was huge, with all the facilities I wanted. Every single member of staff looked after me as if I was a member of their family. The owners are Garag Brothers, all three of them were very hospitable and cordial and they are all down to earth. Suraj and Sonu in the house keeping always turned up as soon as they were called and also kept my room tip-top. Dinesh, Anjali, Gagandeep and Jasleen always had a welcoming smile, whenever they saw me. What can I say about the GM Ravinder Sharma, he’s an uncut Diamond. On day 2 of my stay, I got talking to him about the spinal surgery I was to go far in the Fortis, Ludhiana. He told me that his wife had similar problem and was treated successfully by a great neurologist at NeuroCity hospital. He kindly drove me to the NeuroCity hospital in his own car to see Dr Batra. Cut a long story short, it was due to Ravinder taking me to see Dr Batra that my problem has been fixed with Physiotherapy instead of surgery. So, this experience of mine can show you how caring the people are at this hotel. This is where I will book to stay whenever I need to stay in Ludhiana in the future.

AARORANon si fornisce così amichevole persone alla reception quanto non si fornisce abbastanza informazioni. Il personale ha bisogno di formazione. La qualità dei cibi è buona e il personale nel ristorante è molto buona. La stanza è buona ma ancora una volta manca ***y oggetti di utilità che è normale per questo tipo di hotel. Ogni volta che si deve chiedere prodotti che mancano, talvolta asciugamani e talvolta scarpe che è molto irritante, è successo anche in soggiorno precedente e hanno inviato una lettera di scusa ma non hanno lavorato per trasmettere le informazioni.
