A very well located hotel to explore the old town. Very comfortable, but with limited amenities (guests are able to use the amenities at the Sofitel though).
The hotel staff were phenomenal - very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was decent, but could be improved with some more authentic local options (the local options on the menu were small and very bland, i.e. limited herbs and spice).

Superb location in the city centre area. Nice room but a little noisy from outside. All the staff here are very friendly. Appreciated the wonderful service and warm hospitality of all the staff here: Bird, Keo, Wan, Te, Saeng & Mim. I truly enjoyed the stay here.

一家很老的酒店，設施精緻又古老，很有年代感，但是看得出很用心，酒店的服務真的很好，都熱情又真誠，酒店的位置就在佈施開始的地方，我們都沒走，就直接在酒店樓下看的，我看酒店還給同住的客人，準備了佈施的儀式，不知道要不要錢，我們沒問，但是，是所有佈施裏，顏值最高的小攤了

如果下次有機會再來琅勃拉邦，我還是會選擇3NAGAS，我們住的大床房，房間乾淨整潔，雖然在走路會有點聲音，因為是木製，但完全能接受，客人們也很自覺。酒店的早餐份量很足，免費的自行車可供客人使用，房間配的大傘在暴雨的時候外出也毫無壓力，酒店離洋人街很近，佈施就在門口，這幾天接觸的工作人員都很熱情，Bird和Linda還有大叔人都很好，服務很周到，點贊！酒店可以提供車站接送服務（增值服務需付費），總之，都很不錯哦，推薦。
