We appreciated the opportunity to return to Casa Maat. Francisco and his team were fantastic….their commitment to service excellent. The food was also great with a full breakfast and themed nightly happy hours / dinners. This was our second visit and it won’t be our last.

Extremely disappointing! This was our third stay at the JW Marriott / Casa Maat in Cabo San Lucas. It will also be our last. When we arrived at the hotel, the wifi/internet was not working at the property outside of the room making it impossible to do anything requiring access. The facilities were falling apart with rust on most of the furniture and tiles missing all over the pool. The spa had ants crawling all over the lounge chairs and there wasn't a towel to be found at the spa pool. The pool was rarely cleaned and even after reporting that it was un-swimmable, it took a half a day for them to check it out. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! When we first stayed here in 2016, it was great. It has totally fallen apart.

I thought Griffin Club couldn’t be beat … I was wrong!!! Great rebranding!!! Food selection was great … drink selection was updated … and the Service was AWESOME!!! Daniel and Anahi in the lounge only took 1/2 a day to figure out your name, drink, and where you like to lounge at the pool…and it was there for you the rest of the trip!!! Abraham and Francisco were the best at getting you anything you needed…GREAT butler staff!! Well done Marriott!! We will be back!!

This has to have been the BEST hotel experience we have ever had! It was our first time in Cabo, celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. We decided to splurge this year and purchased the upgraded experience, Casa Maat, and it exceeded our expectations! When I tell you everyone treated us with not 5 star service…but 10 STAR SERVICE! We had our own butlers who tended to our every need, made sure we were always taken care of, and carted us to and from our room. They even brought us not 1, but 2 birthday surprises AND anniversary surprise as well! My man also surprised me with a spa day! It was amazing! We felt so special and loved by the staff there. It was so hard to leave! They didn’t want us to leave either! The communication 10/10, the food 10/10, our suite 10/10, the people 10/10! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, and we will definitely be back for another visit next year!

We had a wonderful time at Casa The Casa Maat team goes above and beyond to make sure you have an exceptional time. We had a great time relaxing by the pool. We’re already talking about our next visit. The only change we’ll make next time is staying longer.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The resort and our room are great. Breakfast was very good. Dinner in general was adequate. If you want fine dining you can walk to Cafe Des Artistes on the JW side. We went during the low season and the whole place was very quiet. Me and my wife wanted a relaxing and peaceful gateway so it’s perfect for us. The butler team (Jesus & Francisco) did a wonderful job taking care of us. My tripod broke so I asked if they might have super glue. We got it the next day! We signed up almost all the free classes and it was fun. Both sunset and sunrise scenes are amazing. We captured some great photos. The only not so perfect part of our stay is about the mosquitos. It was ok our first two days but then they became very annoying afterwards. I ended up wearing long sleeves and long pants when I go eat. Enduring the warm weather is better than being bit all over.

We enjoyed the excellent service, clean pools, and pleasant experience! The designated butler service was especially helpful, and the whole service was smooth. The beach view from the infinite pool was so lovely. Kids loved watching tropical animals as well!

The Staff was amazing, grounds beautiful, pools amazing. We cannot say enough about Francisco and the entire butler staff. The staff for the meals and pool areas were equally attentive and appreciated, thank you! Thank you Casa Maat for the amazing experience, we will be back!

The rooms are confortable and with all The facilites You may need. I liked the fact that there was nothing that could not be solved with a smile. All The butlers were attentive and helpful.The kindness of the Staff in all áreas is what I liked Best.
