Good value for your money. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was kind. I was provided clean towels and two water bottles daily. The room had a kettle, hairdryer, and A LOT of wall sockets for some reason. There was also a bidet in the bathroom. TV only had Thai channels but I kept it on as background noise. Wi-Fi was free but unfortunately did not work for me ☹️ The area had a lot of places to eat and the hotel was across a supermarket, there was also a bus stop nearby, BUT the nearest train station was 15-20 minutes away. It is pretty close to ICONSIAM though, but a bit far from everything else if you're a tourist. 🙂

I had booked this hotel for a night just to try first due to the overwhelmingly good reviews I have read. After the first night, I had wanted to book for the rest of my trip but the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is truly deserving of a perfect score. I had an incident with a rouge taxi driver after checking out. The hotel staff was absolutely the most helpful throughout. He helped me to file a report with the police which I followed up later at my next hotel. Then I discovered that I had left my work device on the taxi. The taxi driver had returned my items within 2 hours. I managed to retrieve my lost items the next day when I returned to check again before I head to the police station. The hotel staff has been very kind and helpful throughout the challenging period. Am very grateful for the help rendered. I will be back to stay at this hotel again. Room is big and clean. It is near the iconic IconSiam. This is an absolutely value for money hotel that I will recommend to my friends and family members. Only when you have stayed here and other hotels will you realise the vast difference. There are nice and affordable Thai food, cafe and massage shops within walking distance of the hotel.

This hotel is okey if you don't give them a chance to scam you. But when I needed to get back to my own country to visit a funeral they took there chance to keep my girlfriend there who stayed the last night before checkout. The next day the called me that they wanted 2500 baht for a dirty bedsheet on top of the 2000 baht deposit they already had so that's like 140 usd for a dirty bedsheet If I didn't pay they would call the police to get my girlfriend in jail they said. I paid cause I couldn't do anything about it from here so they blackmailed me because they used my girlfriend to get as much money out of me as they possibly could. Next to that the water was cold window no rooms rude staff except for the guy that works at night the room didn't get cleaned for a month because I took the 30 days stay so ofcourse the bedsheets will be dirty if you don't clean for a month. Just don't book here cause there will always be a better option in bangkok to be honest.

The bathroom has a strong drainage smell. Staff are lovely. Location is not that prime. Hot water is not hot and very low water pressure.

I can say that this hotel is on of the superb hotel that i stay in bangkok. Cheap and super clean. Our room also big. Sooooo comfortable when we stay here. Staff also friendly although we have a bit language barrier.😅 Just use the google translate😅. When i come bangkok will definitely book this hitrl again. 🥰

Staff was friendly and nice, they gave me 2 bottles of water per day for free. Room was big which was good. The bedsheet had yellow stains on it which was not good and I easily could hear everything my neighbors were doing. If you only plan to sleep here, go for it, if you want a pleasant and relaxing stay, stay away.

We had a good stay here. Unfortunately not much amenities such as iron/steamer which would have been handy. Close to the IconSiam and public transport links elsewhere. Comfortable beds. Cleanliness was good but shower was always cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay.

Staffs are friendly. The room is large and price is affordable. The hotel is near ICON SIAM but far from others. The room has balcony but it connects to the the next room too.
