Inside the hotel, all the restaurants were fully booked to make a reservation even though they were all inclusive.
I wish the food was little bit better but overall, it was a nice get away travel place.

酒店規模很小 餐廳酒吧的選擇很少 衹有一個咖啡小吃店 也沒有什麼活動 總體來説對喜歡躺平安靜度假的人是可以接受 酒店大堂很漂亮 泳池分好幾個 無邊泳池拍照很美 房間很乾凈 員工很熱情 總體來説性價比一般

Let me say first the staff was excellent. The property was very clean and our room was beautiful. The dining options were awful. We didn’t like any of the food except the ceviche, the buffet breakfast, and the special dinner with the wine pairing which we had to pay $140 extra to enjoy it was the only really good food that we had at the property. we were sadly disappointed at the quality of the drinks at the bars they were very watered down and the basic wine options were absolutely awful. Again, like I said, the staff was superb very accommodating to any needs especially the concierge in the front desk but I expect decent food and drinks when I’m doing an all inclusive and this was a sad disappointment compared to the experience. We had two years ago in Cancun at Live Aqua.

The food and amenities were amazing. We have been to a number of all-inclusives. The food at the Marqui was the top of our list! There was also a nice cocktail bar that prepares high end cocktails, it was great. We would go back!

Resort was beautiful and very clean. The staff was amazing and very attentive, lots of room at the pools to relax and drink right by the water. The entertainment was also very pleasant.

The hotel had cockroaches!!! We woke up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and their was roaches in the bathroom! The food was bad as well. We got in room service and they wouldn’t pick up the dishes all day. They asked us to put them in a cubby and they would pick it up. We came back from our excursion and they hadn’t picked up the plates and their was ants al over the place. Terrible experience.

I absolutely loved this resort. The rooms were amazing. The food was great and the staff was incredible.
Samantha on the entertainment team kept us trying new things every day and having the best time. We love Sam!
Breakfast was amazing with Adriana, Marco and the rest of the team always taking care of us.
I had an amazing massage by Raquel, my husband had an amazing massage by Norma. The spa area is truly relaxing and a must do if you go!
The only frustrating item was booking an ocean view suite with plunge pool, the room we were originally given was blocked by a building. They loved us to a room next door where we got somewhat of an ocean view, but it was not what was pictured online. We were bummed but there was nothing else they could do as they were sold old. I recommend updating the website noting that some rooms may not be ocean view.
Otherwise amazing stay, gorgeous location, if you go, bring sand shoes as the beach is a little rough, and plan on doing the extras as they just add to the experience!

This is a lovely property -- highly recommend. Service was on point; facility is gorgeous; the views are superb; and the food was fabulous. Honestly, one of the loveliest resorts we have visited. The weather was also perfect. Gorgeous during the day and cool at night. I don't really have any thing negative to say about the resort. The staff was so attentive.
