Hotel a Los Cabos, Messico

La posizione è un fattore positivo. Situato vicino alla marina con una spiaggia privata sul lato pacifico della penisola Baja. Le camere sono pulite e hanno tutte le attrazioni elencate. Il processo di check-in è un po' lungo, dovrete incontrare il ricevitore e l'ospite, potrebbe essere stato abbreviato. Anche mentre il ricevitore ha fatto riferimento al checkout, il nostro taxi prenotato non può entrare nella proprietà per prenderci, ma finalmente il conducente è riuscito a entrare.

Me and my wife have stayed her twice and we’ve really enjoyed ourselves every time. The hotel and views are breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the staff is always so friendly. A special shout out to Sergio. We spent the whole day by the pool and his exceptional service at the poolside was so appreciated. His hospitality, attentiveness, and humor brought everyone around us together, making all of our experiences truly memorable that day. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive resort to hunker down and chill, or you want to experience both of Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose, this place is a gem. It’s adults only, so if you don’t have kids or looking for a break from your young ones, book here. You won’t regret it. I promise.

Il resort Solmar era bello, ragionevole per il prezzo. Non abbiamo scelto l'all inclusive perché volevamo mangiare fuori. Uber è stato facile da chiamare costa circa $ 2 - $ 3 per raggiungere la città. Abbiamo scelto questo perché mio marito voleva andare a pescare surf proprio sulla loro riva. Ci sono 2 piscine e una jacuzzi. Lo studio era grande e aveva una cucina, un frigorifero di dimensioni standard e forniture da pranzo. Tuttavia, abbiamo richiesto un cambio di camera perché le onde erano così rumorose che faceva tremare l'intera stanza e continuava a svegliarci. Siamo passati a un attico con 1 camera da letto per $ 20 a notte in più. Era in una posizione migliore, aveva una vista fantastica e non era rumoroso. Probabilmente ritornerei e soggiornerei ancora in questo hotel, ma prenderei di nuovo l'attico con 1 camera da letto. Le foto qui sono dello studio. L'acqua e il caffè possono essere utilizzati ma è necessario pagarlo.

Ci sono stati accolti dai campanelli all'ingresso frontale, e all'arrivo è stato facile 10 minuti di check-in, e siamo stati nella nostra stanza e fuori alla piscina entro 30 minuti. La piscina era bella e niente a che fare con l'hotel, ma la piscina era calda a causa del tempo quasi 90 gradi e soleggiata. Il servizio alla piscina era grande, i lavoratori hanno un atteggiamento così grande e sono sempre disposti ad aiutare. C'è una seconda piscina che si guarda alla marina con vista spettacolare sulle montagne, acqua, e i yacht lungo la marina camminata. Si trova a 5 minuti dal centro, con tonnellate di ristoranti, negozi e musica da tutti i nightclub, così come musica in diretta in alcuni dei luoghi all'aperto. L'hotel offre un pacchetto completo, tuttavia non l'abbiamo comprato, ma abbiamo fatto colazione l'ultimo giorno e era $20.00 USD per persona. In generale, un grande hotel, e non possiamo aspettare di tornare!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. My wife and I selected Nobu because it is situated outside of town and it seemed like it would be a bit more low-key than some of the other options in the greater Cabo area. We were pleasantly surprised with our selection. It was, indeed, the right choice for us as we were looking for somewhere to relax and reset. We weren’t interested in traditional tourism activities or proximity to the town; just comfortable room, good dining options, and great service in a beautiful, relaxing environment. We succeeded in those things, as the room was great, all the restaurants wherein we dined were fantastic, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. (Note: I’m sure Nobu offers plenty of options for activities, we just did not seek them. Also, we did arrange an Uber to town one afternoon and it was an easy and relatively inexpensive process - roughly $20USD) It was notably windy and could feel cold at times; the temperature of the pools could feel a bit cold too. But during the heat of day, it was quite refreshing to have that breeze and cooler water. Our service by the pool was fantastic, so overall we had a great experience. Admittedly it was a bit of a bummer that the beach area wasn’t really suitable for use during our stay (May 2023). It appears swimming is forbidden or highly discouraged at all times due to the currents, but not sure if the beach itself is more accessible when it is less windy out. Regardless, my wife and I enjoyed our time at Nobu and found our stay to be exactly what we needed to wind down and enjoy ourselves.

Non un resort a 5 stelle. Questo non significa che non sia un bel resort, perché è, ma 5 resort a 5 stelle hanno un servizio di top notch. In primo luogo, non ti prendono all'aeroporto, ma puoi farli installare il trasporto per te (a tua spese aggiuntive). Il taxi è $75 ogni volta (ho controllato Uber e era $55 e il taxi ha corrispondeto a quel prezzo), e siamo riusciti a prendere un furgone di viaggio in viaggio dall'aeroporto per $17 per persona. Abbiamo avuto una ”suite esecutiva” che era bello, non la loro migliore stanza, ma probabilmente nel mezzo. Non hanno mai cambiato le foglie di letto in tutto il 5 day/4 soggiorno notturno. Hanno fatto il letto, ma non hanno mai cambiato le foglie. Hanno un frigo ben memorizzato e altri beni a prezzo elevato. Il problema è che le loro cazzate vengono spostate se si vuole davvero usare il frigorifero. Abbiamo anche ricevuto ”imposte supplementari” quando abbiamo controllato. Solo come $2-3 al giorno, ma questi avrebbero dovuto essere inclusi nel prezzo. Il ristorante sushi sul posto non era un buon valore. Ci hanno prelevato per i prodotti che non abbiamo ordinato e guardare per l'acqua $4.50. Il nostro conto era $200 più suggerimento per due adulti. Ognuno aveva due margaritas, un appetito (avremmo cancellato dopo aver detto al cameriere e lui ha riconosciuto, ma è venuto comunque) e due entrate. Le porzioni erano piccole, quindi certamente non c'è ”rimane”. Il buono. Il colazione incluso è eccellente. Fate il meglio di questo, mangiate un colazione tardi (il colazione è finito al pranzo, quindi non ci sia più tardi di 11:00) e questo dovrebbe passare fino a cena. La posizione è grande. Vicino alla marina/centro, ma abbastanza lontano da essere facile da camminare e si può stare fuori da quella azienda. In generale, è un bel resort 4 stelle (al meglio).

Desde la llegada hasta la salidad definitivamente lo mejor de este hotel es la atención del personal, se nota que hay mucha capacitación y experiencia por parte de todos los empleados del hotel, te hacen sentir como en tu casa, no te sientes invadido y siempre que requieres algo ahi están para ti. Reservamos y cenamos en los restaurantes Alebrije y Arbol, sus experiencias gastronomicas son de otro nivel, la cocina es buenisima y las recomendaciones de vinos asi como de los platillos fueron perfectas. El hotel en impecables condiciones y lleno de detalles, todo el cuarto esta lleno de detalles que marcan la diferencia sin duda alguna. Quiero agradecer especialmente a nuestros butlers Pedro y Antonio que tuvieron un detalle para la celebracion previa de mi cumpleaños, hubo un ligero detalle donde olvidaron una solicitud pero lo solucionaron de una manera impecable. Veo que hay comentarios donde algunos huespedes mencionan que los alimentos y el hotel en general es caro, pero de verdad vale mucho la pena la relación calidad-precio. Sin duda volveremos, he estado en otros Rosewood en el mundo y este hotel tiene una esencia increible, muchas felicidades a todos! Tienen un bello paraiso en Mexico.

Non mi è stato permesso di registrarmi al desk front! Ho viaggiato in molti paesi e sono rimasto in molti hotel di lusso, tra cui il Messico. Non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento così disregno e di brutalità da parte di un manager del desk front. Quando è stato chiesto di spiegare le politiche che voleva che firmassi, senza leggere, è diventata sempre più brutta e ha tolto il documento a metà e ci ha detto che la nostra prenotazione è stata cancellata e lasciare la proprietà. L'abbiamo fatto e siamo stati lasciati senza un posto per la notte. Fortunatamente abbiamo potuto assicurarci una stanza per la notte in un hotel dove il desk era cortese, utile e gentile. Naturalmente, con questa esperienza, direi a nessuno di non stare mai all'hotel Tesoro Los Cabos. Chiedo un rimborso completo da Trip.com e una scusa dall'hotel Tesoro Los Cabos.

Il ristorante della barbecue ha fatto buffet l'altra sera con lo spettacolo magico, ma il cibo era inferiore al livello.
