Hotel in zona St Barnabas Episcopal Church, Los Angeles

Our family had a leak in our home and were displaced for about a month. After staying in 4 other hotels prior to the Residence Inn, we decided to choose the Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena / Old Town for the remainder of our displacement. Overall our stay was great! The staff, especially the morning front desk team, was very friendly to us, and our family was able to become very familiar with them. Our daughter even made some of them friendship bracelets! The rooms were spacious, and for the most part, quiet, and we took advantage of some of the amenities like the gym and free complimentary breakfast. The only thing I would suggest improving upon would be the communication between the sales team and front desk, and front desk and housekeeping. There seemed to be some communication breakdowns between the departments. I'd also suggest that the sales team be more responsive to the guests when asked questions. I sent two emails and never received a response, and instead, had to also follow up with phone calls. That isn't the best business practice in a hospitality setting. Other than those small issues, the hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. It was a great place for an extended stay with children. The location is perfect as its a VERY short walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping in Old Town Pasadena. Also, it's only a short drive to the Rose Bowl. God forbid we are in that position again, but if we are, we will certainly stay at the Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena / Old Town! Everything was great! Sarah welcomed us warmly and really did great! exceptional customer service. Thanks as well to Grant for his great service due to helping with some inquiries. Overall! Really nice stay and experience! Plus it’s just a walking distance to downtown Pasadena! 😊 will be back for sure!

Ho controllato tardi l'hotel a causa del ritardo di arrivo del mio volo da Boston. Mi è stato detto che sono completamente fuori delle stanze, anche se la mia stanza era già stata pagata. Nonostante questo mix, l'hotel mi ha finalmente dato un aggiornamento gratuito di una notte. Ho trascorso un totale di sei notti lì. Le strutture sono buone. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. La camera da bagno ha bisogno di un po'di miglioramento. La posizione è grande.

Hotel pulito e nuovo in una grande posizione per visitare Pasadena. Camminando a una vasta selezione di ristoranti e alcuni negozi. Non eccitante, ma ha tutto quello che serve per un hotel in un'atmosfera molto rilassata. Molto raccomandato per Pasadena.

美國的希爾頓是真的貴，尤其是考試季，三晚含税6500，平常大概5000不到。 這個希爾頓一般，跟美國所有酒店一樣： 1、沒有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，要自帶 2、酒店衹有第一晚有免費兩瓶水，後面的話能否拿到水全看運氣 3、隔音效果很一般，隔壁房間的咳嗽都聽得到。 性價比整體較低，不如國內希爾頓，當然也跟美國本身的酒店習慣有關，沒拖鞋真是不理解。

Una esperienza di tipo navale. La più piccola stanza alberghiera che abbia mai avuto da NYC. Riforzato di rimanere sul lato destro della legge, in modo che tu finisca in un posto così piccolo. Il vetro di doccia era parte della stanza effettiva. Noi amo gli hotel storici ma io passo su questo. La grande posizione centro città che avresti aspettato per un hotel storico, ma non nemmeno un vestito nella stanza stessa. Nessuna stanza! Né dove mettere nemmeno un pezzo di bagaglio nel cassetto! Solo tazze di plastica nella stanza, nessuna stanza per mettere un toro sulla vanità del bagno, nessun specchio di lunghezza del pavimento (stavamo partecipando ad un evento), e la luce della stanza era scarsa. Siamo qui solo per due giorni, e siamo stati claustrobici la prima ora. Anche la strada sembrava essere su una nave. Veramente considerato l'aggiornamento o il cambiamento di hotel. Bella ambienza e fascino giù. La situazione di parcheggio era decente ma costosa (come previsto), $29 per il parcheggio autonomo. Penso che potrebbe essere un bel posto per un evento, ma veramente andare a trovare una stanza alberghiera costruita per persone di dimensioni moderne.

L'hotel è lo stile comune dell'hotel moto statunitense. Ogni stanza è sempre il super grande vento e il riscaldamento.L'unico vantaggio è conveniente, l'altro è l'intero cibo, camminare a metà isolato è la stazione della metropolitana, e fare shopping è molto conveniente per mangiare. Il bagno e il bagno sono molto luminosi, ma il ventola è il tipo di pendenza sul muro. Alla reception ha ricordato che non importa, non so se la scorta finale è circa dieci. Il colazione dell'hotel è davvero molto incredibile. Non c'è una base americana. Infine, la vendita di notte può essere riscaldata come colazione. Se il servizio è, l'Asia è davvero un servizio, al contrario, che è molto ricco di ovest, forse vecchio inchiostro, ma non è buono.Per il soggiorno anticipato, la partenza è anche molto facile. Ok, va bene vivere un giorno e due giorni senza provocare.

My wife and I spent an incredible 2 nights there. The staff was friendly and they were very attentive to any needs we had. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff at the Travelodge in Pasadena
