This hotel is situated a block from one of the LA metro stations. It also has nice amenities (pool, sauna, and fitness room). However, the service was lousy. They discriminated against us based on our international status. We couldn’t pay with an international card, and they refused to let us pay with cash. Also, they charge an arm and a leg to keep your luggage there before and after checkout. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Too old and unclean towels and very small, old, dirty bathroom

Had to switch room due to smoke detector beeping. They charge 60 for overnight parking. They also charge for charging you EV after paying to park.

Room was a little dated, bathroom needs some updates to bring in more folks. The service desk were very courteous for sure. But all comes back to the room.

I pulled up to the neighborhood it was totally nit safe. Homeless people so around the hotel exterior in tents; sleeping on ground with their grocery carts; people urinating in front of the hotel; graffiti and gang signs everywhere on streets; exterior of building looks NOTHING like pix on *******. I paid twice as much to find a last minute nicer hotel in nicer area of Hollywood. Out of 1-10, this getting -10

Outlets in the room did not work. The refrigerator and microwave did not work. 2/3 of lights did not work. The floorboards and doors were in need of a thorough cleaning.

The woman who checked us in was great and very friendly. Of note: you have to call when you get there to be let in after a certain time. Grateful to have a secure parking lot to park in. They do charge extra to park, and that is not included in the room fee. It is cheaper than other locations tho. The rooms do not let you change the temperature below 70 and no fan in the room. So the room was very hot. The bed and the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. TV had issues. The courtyard was beautiful and a great location for us as we were staying near by the Children's Hospital for an appt for my daughter.

It’s old and not so nice area

Guests don't have control over temperature in the winter, the thermostat in the room won't let us raise the heat when it's cold. PLUS, when we then plugged in the space heater that comes with the room, it tripped a circuit breaker and half of our electric outlets went dead. There are no extra shelves in the bathroom to store spare toilet paper rolls or tissues, so when our supplies ran low we had to go looking for a housekeeping cart to replenish. There is no phone in the room so in order to resolve any of these types of issues we either had to go down to the front desk or roam the hallways ourselves.

Terrible don’t stay here unless you want to pay 49 dollars for parking horrible a/c and guy that checks people in had an attitude

The hotel itself was cute and quite nice inside! I was pleasantly surprised because it is not in the best area. There were a few homeless camps in the surrounding streets but I liked that the parking is gated and there’s an outdoor patio area in the middle. However, be aware that some rooms share a balcony. Overall, the hotel was nice inside, great water pressure but not the most comfortable bedding.

Extremely terrible experience

There was a large deposit on the hotel $200. The toilet was broken as well. Another issue is that there was no heat in the hotel. We had to request for a heater and when we got it it didn’t work well.
