I have booked a King room with Forest View for 2 nights and decided to add another night but the same room was not available, So I booked the additional night in the premium category. I called the property the day before and was told she may find a way so that we don't have to change our room. When we checked in around 9pm, they left a key to our room on the 3rd floor. This room is the least expensive room where there is only a very small window and it's half covered with eaves of the roof. It was so dark that you cannot read unless you turn the lights on during the day. The next morning, I asked the manager, Susan, we would like the room we booked for or there should be a refund for the rate difference. I was then told we booked through the third party booking site not their own website and we have a heavily discounted price. I really did not see that much difference between what we paid and their website rate. She said then she can waive the service fee of $15 per day additional service fee. I did not see that anywhere in the website. I only saw the handwritten note at the check-in area. She said there is no adjustment whatsoever because we got the cheap rate. All I asked was to get the room categories we booked and deserved. Her answer was I can check out if I was not happy. I made all the travel plans based on staying in the area. This is totally ”Bait and Switch” and her attitude was very unprofessional. We have extensive good experiences at Air BNB, etc. This is one property we were treated poorly. The property is old and needs some attention but overall, it was OK and the breakfast was fairly good and the guy in the kitchen was very helpful. The management left us with bad taste and I will not go back to the property.

L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva è che l'hotel pagava 150 dollari di deposito al check-in (media in Glendale/ Los Angeles è 100 dollari). Un'altra cosa è... il parcheggio costa un ulteriore 10 dollari al giorno. Non può essere incluso nel prezzo della stanza? Il costo di aiuto fa andare il mondo intorno, e nonostante questo, rimarrei ancora.

This is a very good motel (not hotel), in a good location with free off-street parking, striking distance to not only downtown Pasadena, but also Burbank, Hollywood, Silver Lake, etc. I was there for 4 nights and the area felt very safe. All the staff was friendly. Other Pros: Clean, decent sized room, with large screen TV and blackout curtains Fairly quiet (except for some of the more bone-headed guests that clomp past your room heavy footed or think they are the only ones there, even early in the AM - but that is not the property's fault) Surprisingly - perhaps shockingly so - comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Really! Easy check in, Christine was fabulous. Good location with a lot of nearby restaurants, etc Good value for the money. Cons: Internet issues. To be fair, they were resolved on the second day after three calls to their tech support - all of whom were very nice. Shower pressure a little low. Breakfast is a bit very skimpy and, what is really a con, it is served in what seems like a converted motel room. The room is way too small and uncomfortable for the amount of guests they are attempting to accommodate, particularly in the times in which we live. This needs a serious re-think. That said, the pros outweigh the cons by a lot and I would definitely stay there again

Questo piccolo motel, che si trasformava in un gemello, ci sorprendeva: per essere onesti, quando inizialmente andavamo, abbiamo quasi deciso di cancellare la prenotazione della notte e cercare di trovare un altro posto dove stare. Vivevamo a Los Angeles e ci dispiacevamo per aver capito che avevo fatto una prenotazione in ...THAT, ma la gestione corrente ha funzionato miracoli. Tutto è pulito, aggiornato e quanto più bello possibile con un sacco di dettagli deliziosi e inaspettati di design. All'esterno, al bordo di un parcheggio semplicemente in calcestruzzo, i manager hanno tagliato un po' di spazio di tranquillità con la verdura e un bel banco di parcheggio. Tutti i piccoli contatti hanno trasformato una proprietà più vecchia e potenzialmente stanca in un luogo con classe e bellezza.Torneremo quando visiteremo LA di nuovo.

L'hotel è lo stile comune dell'hotel moto statunitense. Ogni stanza è sempre il super grande vento e il riscaldamento.L'unico vantaggio è conveniente, l'altro è l'intero cibo, camminare a metà isolato è la stazione della metropolitana, e fare shopping è molto conveniente per mangiare. Il bagno e il bagno sono molto luminosi, ma il ventola è il tipo di pendenza sul muro. Alla reception ha ricordato che non importa, non so se la scorta finale è circa dieci. Il colazione dell'hotel è davvero molto incredibile. Non c'è una base americana. Infine, la vendita di notte può essere riscaldata come colazione. Se il servizio è, l'Asia è davvero un servizio, al contrario, che è molto ricco di ovest, forse vecchio inchiostro, ma non è buono.Per il soggiorno anticipato, la partenza è anche molto facile. Ok, va bene vivere un giorno e due giorni senza provocare.

Siamo stati molto felici con questo hotel. I dipendenti erano amici e carini e era in una buona posizione. La stanza era pulita e carina. Hanno dolci, tazza di noodles, tè e caffè nel lobby gratuitamente. La camera è stata un buon toccamento, ma il colazione era il continente, ma era ben conservato. In generale, era un buon valore per il prezzo e ci saremmo rimasti lì.
