Siamo stati molto ansiosi di questo soggiorno. Sfortunatamente abbiamo avuto una terribile esperienza. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel abbiamo spostato i rumore estremamente rumorosi dei lavoratori in sciopero. Nessuno ci ha annunciato in anticipo che c'era una sciopero in corso. Il ristorante e il bar sono stati chiusi a causa della sciopero che era molto scomodo. I lavoratori o le persone in sciopero hanno iniziato a fare rumore alle 6:00. Abbiamo avuto una serata tardi prima, e per questo non abbiamo dormito. Questa era una terribile esperienza e vorrei che qualcuno ci avesse detto questo prima di arrivare all'hotel. Siamo come se fossimo stati rubati i nostri soldi.

Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Dovremmo chiedere un piatto aggiuntivo (ci erano solo 3 sul letto re) ma la persona al di fuori del desk era molto accogliente. Hotel consigliato da un sito internet per visitare in maniera efficiente Los Angeles. In effetti la posizione sulla mappa risulta essere vicino alla Union Station da dove parte la metro. La potremo usare quindi con facilità. L'hotel inoltre dispone di garage! Quando arriviamo ci accorgiamo che è a sole due stelle e si trova anche alle porte di Chinatown e del quartiere messicano! La zona non è certo ben frequentata ( facile incontrare disadattati o persone che vomitano o dormono sul marciapiede) . L'hotel è gestito da cinesi e la hall è vecchiotta e tutta quella moquette non ne migliora l'aspetto!! Camere vecchissime, biancheria troppo usata, colazione meno assortita del solito, ma caffè gratis tutto il giorno. All'una di notte suona l'allarme incendio e ci troviamo a scendere le scale di corsa e ci troviamo nella hall mezzi vestiti, con i portafogli in mano fino all'arrivo dei pompieri che nel giro di mezz'ora ci rassicurano e possiamo tornare ognuno nella sua camera. Per riassumere quindi: hotel modesto, d'altra parte prezzo accettabile e molto comodo per visitare a Los Angeles!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The biggest problem with this motel is the parking. There are a limited number of parking spots for guests of the motel. The staff failed to mention that it is PUBLIC parking not private parking for The Royal Pagoda Motel guest. Meaning anyone can park there, when ever they want, as long as they want. When booking a room I brought up the concern of the limited parking. The motel employee I spoke to said there is more parking on the side. I thought they meant on the side of the motel, another parking lot or garage. NOPE! He meant against the side of the main building of the motel with the very small parking lot. Nearby Chinatown has a very active night life so forget about parking in the street. If you leave for the evening and return later that night here is what they do when there is absolutely no legal parking. They will have you park against the side of the building or have you double park or triple park. Basically they will fill up the driveway of the parking lot blocking other cars in. A motel employee will ask for your room number and phone number. They will call you to move your car if you are blocking someone who needs to get their car out. Yes even at 2 a.m. when you are asleep. Myself and a few other guests of the motel had to move our cars for a non-guest of the motel. I asked the employee who called me to move my car how this person got an actual spot and he said he had no idea. While moving our cars the employee was trying to direct the non-guest out of the parking lot I witnessed a hit and run. The non-guest backed into a parked car in the motel parking lot. That driver and the motel employee acted like nothing had happened. At this point there was finally street parking. I felt my car would be safer parked out on the street a block away from the motel. And the other motel guests who had to move their cars were fighting for whatever space was available in the motel parking lot. Another thing is that the rooms are very small and this motel is old. Several electrical outlets in my room did not work. I could not plug in my phone or laptop chargers. Plus the parties in the Chinatown may end at a certain time but that doesn’t stop people from coming into the motel to keep the party going.

È ancora un nuovo hotel, quindi è così pulito, spazioso e carino! Qui è sicuro grazie all'ambiente circostante ed è bello avere il Grand Central Market nelle vicinanze!

Ci siamo stati all'hotel durante il viaggio in settimana e fine settimana (5 giorni 4 notti) ma non abbiamo ricevuto una bottiglia d'acqua come tutti gli altri, che è strano. Abbiamo ricevuto alcune caselle Amazon mentre c'erano e sono stati pagati $5/box dopo la terza casella ma non sono stati preventivamente informati dall'hotel che ci pagherebbero, quindi hanno tenuto basicamente i pacchetti che ho ordinato per il movimento di mia figlia in ostaggio.

Più importante, l'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è molto buono, entusiasta e attento, e ha risolto tutti i problemi che incontro.In generale, sono molto soddisfatto dell'esperienza di vita dell'hotel.

Pros: - Piscina con tetto carino (perchè è molto piccolo così andare presto o fuori ore) - Buon colazione - molto prezioso.. ma questo è l'hotel in generale - Grande posizione Cons: - BLACK MOLD in bagno/tub - questo è stato seriamente interessato e dovrebbe essere affrontato immediatamente in tutte le camere. - Camere antiquate in generale in una necessità disperata di rinnovamento - tutto ha bisogno di aggiornamenti, sembra datato e non mantenuto per essere onesti, e non in modo chic. - Il servizio alle camere era cattivo - La mia stanza era contenuta con tutti i pasti di caffè e il cioccolato caldo, quando ho chiamato per chiedere il caffè, dissero che erano fuori... mi hanno offerto di vendere il caffè, ma abbiamo finito per andare a cena. Sembra molto piccolo, ma questi sono i dettagli minori che paghi per il premio.. - Il servizio in generale è lento. hanno bisogno di più personale. Il processo di check-in è stato estremamente lento e sono stato interrotto molte volte quando ho chiamato il personale del desktop front. - La proprietà si inserisce anche nel loro tema ”circuito”, che sono tutto circa una vibrazione bohemica, ma esplodere ”Pure Immagini” al mio brunch ora manca il marchio creativo, e si è rivelato irritante, non provocante. In breve, mi sono eccitato per un soggiorno a quello che mi ricordo era un bel hotel a un certo punto, ma ora sembra che stiano tagliando angoli..

Ho scritto questa recensione nel 2023. :-) Robby e la stanza sembrano film. Hanno un concetto. Non era il più nuovo stile, ma mi ha dato un buon senso. Soprattutto, la camera è così buona, molto pulita e il servizio è buono. Meglio posizione per Universal Studio Hollywood. Certamente ci vorranno 20 minuti a piedi per andare allo Studio Universal. Voglio davvero restare di nuovo lì... Signorina già questa stanza.

La posizione è immaginabile. A 5 min a piedi dalla passeggiata della fama. A 10 min in auto dagli studi Universal... Personale amabile. ricevimento 24h. In camera due letti grandi, cassaforte, uno schermo TV enorme, frigorifero e microonde. Battiglie di corrente e capannone USB sufficienti. L'unico male i prezzi degli extra. Un bottiglia d'acqua 10 USD!! Migliore andare al super a comprare 😉
