I servizi sono completi e la stanza è spaziosa. C'è una grande vasca da bagno e una grande piscina per immersione. È fantastico. Non devi preoccuparti della pioggia.

Ho prenotato una camera familiare spaziosa, molto spaziosa e con un grande giardino. I bambini adorano i letti a castello. Soggiornerò qui di nuovo la prossima volta

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. All'inizio, l'hotel mi ha aiutato a fare l'upgrade, ma mi piace ancora la tranquillità della camera di montagna. L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono e confortevole. La sorgente termale è davvero unica. Sono molto grata per il servizio della governante Cloris, che è anche la responsabile della reception. Il servizio complessivo è soddisfacente e consiglierò agli amici di soggiornare qui

Le strutture dell'hotel sono piuttosto nuove, le camere sono state rinnovate, sono super grandi, anche i letti sono super grandi, e puoi anche fare un bagno termale in camera, il che è molto comodo

È davvero una bella cosa poter soggiornare in un hotel soddisfacente quando si viaggia. La prima impressione è che sia pulito e bello, e la stanza è particolarmente silenziosa e confortevole. Anche la governante Wen Ting è molto amichevole e risponde pazientemente a qualsiasi domanda. Sono anche molto soddisfatto della stanza sistemata e ci tornerò in futuro.

L'hotel è nuovissimo e circondato dalle montagne. L'aria è fresca. Le montagne e le foreste sono circondate dal verde e dalla tranquillità. La stanza è pulita e confortevole. È stato un ottimo momento per immergersi nelle sorgenti termali quando la temperatura è scesa. Sono venuto qui per rilassarmi durante le ore non di punta e ho trascorso una giornata perfetta.

Our recent 3-day stay fell severely short of the luxury experience promised by a "5-star" designation. We encountered the following critical issues: 1. **Misleading Room Upgrade** Despite booking a Mountain View onsen room for tranquility, we were informed at check-in that our room had been "upgraded" without prior consultation. The replacement room (located two floors above ground level) overlooked a noisy public swimming pool and garden, directly adjacent to a barbecue restaurant. 2. **Unacceptable Thermal Conditions** On the first night, the room temperature plummeted to 16°C due to inoperative heating. Shockingly, staff stated heating would only activate if outdoor temperatures dropped to 6°C. The provided portable heater was insufficient for a 45m² space, forcing us to endure extreme discomfort. 3. **Disruptive Noise Pollution** During the second night, loud noises from communal facilities persisted until the 10 PM closing time, contradicting "serene retreat" environment.

Best place for a hot spring. Breakfast variety can be improved though, it’s been the same for many times

A few good details: the charging cable can be used directly; wifi can be directly connected in a large range; the private bubble pool was unforgettable. Every employee I saw was in good shape of course.

Location is inside a mountain, nice view. I drove to this hotel, so it's okay, but if you don't drive, better not to choose this hotel, because it's not convenient for you. My son and wife both enjoy staying in this hotel, stylish and new room setting and facilities. There are water park, swimming pool and spring area inside the hotel, you will be no regret to bring your children there to have an unforgettable memory. Will come again and hope they can maintain their good service in the future. Last but not least, if food quality in buffet dinner can be improved, it will be even better.
