Situato ad Hammersmith, molto lontano dal centro città. 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Vicino alla linea di autobus per Kensington. Incuneato tra un paio di strade molto trafficate. Un po' di una giungla di cemento degli anni '70. Sembra essere un centro congressi, con un enorme evento di 2 giorni in corso. Molto occupato. Camera ok, ma le cose un po' datate. Ok per la visita all'Hammersmith Apollo, che dista non più di 10 minuti. Colazione affollata, ma ragionevole per un posto grande come questo. Camere troppo care a mio parere, così lontano dal centro di Londra. Ci tornerei se il prezzo è ragionevole.

Questo hotel ha una posizione fantastica vicino a High Street Kensington. Sei vicino a tutto. Ho usato la metropolitana vicina ogni giorno, ma spesso ho semplicemente camminato verso luoghi diversi ogni giorno dall'hotel. Soggiornando qui ti senti davvero centrale senza sentirti come se fossi in una trappola per turisti.
Penso che l'hotel in sé sia troppo caro per la stanza che ti danno, quindi immagino che tu stia pagando per la posizione. È un po' piccolo ma è pulito e il personale è cordiale e disponibile.
Ci tornerei. Londra è troppo cara ed è difficile evitare gli hotel costosi e questa posizione era davvero buona.

Our Couple Short Vacation here in UK was perfect-- hotel was the best starting point for first-timers like us!
All walking distance to center of action and tourist sites-- Big Ben, Eye, Abbey, etc. Shops and restaurants are abundant-- all around is commercial high end location-- but so many affordable places to go too and really safe feel everywhere.
The staffs are all helpful and pleasant. Currently under renovation so hopefully the place would even look more upgraded after the constructions.

Adoriamo la colazione, solo la pancetta è troppo salata.
La posizione dell'hotel è buona, vicino alla stazione di King's Cross e alla stazione di Euston, fuori c'è anche l'autobus per andare al British Museum e alla stazione degli autobus di Victoria.
Molto vicino alla biblioteca britannica. Può facilmente trovare M&S nelle vicinanze.
Questo hotel non fornisce spazzolino da denti e ci hanno dato solo uno spazzolino da denti quando abbiamo richiesto ma abbiamo due persone.
Nel complesso è buono. Consiglierò al mio amico.

The hotel is in Camden and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the tube although becareful not to mix it up with the Wesley in Euston like I did. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Every thing seems newly refurbished and there are additional hot drinks available at reception. I had a slight problem with the bed but the staff member was appreciative of the feedback. Very positive stay. I'll consider this hotel next time I come to London

Così felice quando siamo arrivati. Tutto era pulito e silenzioso. Il personale è adorabile e si è assicurato che sapessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno di sapere. Le strutture termali sono fantastiche. Puoi utilizzare il bagno turco, la sauna, la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio che mi è piaciuto così tanto, utilizzare anche la palestra e pagare i trattamenti termali a prezzi ragionevoli. La doccia in camera wow era adorabile e calda e potente. Ho passato così tanto tempo lì dentro che non volevo uscire lol. Questo è stato un momento meritato per entrambi. Ritorneremo sicuramente in futuro.
Facile da trovare. C'è anche un parcheggio dietro l'angolo che non era affatto lontano (1 minuto a piedi per tornare all'hotel). Anche Weatherspoons era della porta accanto.
Grazie a tutti per un soggiorno meraviglioso. Ci vediamo tutti molto presto.

UUtente ospiteBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è molto buono, la zona circostante è molto sicura, ci sono diverse stazioni della metropolitana nelle vicinanze, il che è molto comodo per viaggiare e corridoio. La colazione è deliziosa e gli ospiti City Sleeper hanno la propria sala da pranzo, non affollata... hai il senso di sicurezza che deriva dal soggiornare in un grande hotel e il servizio VIP di un piccolo hotel scheda della camera per prendere l'ascensore. La camera non è grande ma arredata di recente, molto pulita e confortevole. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 notti e ho dormito profondamente ogni notte... Non c'è gente disordinata nella zona circostante, e c'è. un dormitorio universitario accanto. Non ho paura di tornare in albergo la sera... (molto meglio dell'Hilton in cui ho soggiornato dietro)) Consiglio vivamente questo hotel! ! La prossima volta che verrò a Londra, sceglierò di soggiornare al City Sleeper

UUtente ospiteIl soggiorno è stato fantastico finché non ho scoperto che hanno preso soldi dalla mia banca per la colazione che non ho preso. Ho dichiarato al check-in che non volevo la colazione perché ero al lavoro presto il giorno seguente.
Ho chiamato l'hotel per un rimborso, solo per sentirmi dire che dovevo inviare un'e-mail al manager e avrebbero controllato il CCTV per assicurarsi che non partecipassi alla colazione.

ZZhaobaoniuLe dimensioni della camera non sono grandi ed è un po' stretta per ospitare tre persone. Ma dopotutto si tratta di un hotel di catena e le condizioni sotto altri aspetti sono abbastanza accettabili. Naturalmente non può essere paragonato a un cinque stelle Dopo tutto, il prezzo della camera è solo di circa 900. Ma sono un po' confuso sul fatto di non mettere acqua minerale nella stanza ogni tre giorni. Siamo rimasti per 15 giorni in totale e non abbiamo messo acqua minerale nella stanza il terzo, il sesto, il nono, il dodicesimo e il quindicesimo. giorni del nostro soggiorno Prenderò l'iniziativa di mettere l'acqua minerale in camera, ma non ho altra scelta che andare alla reception a prenderla io stesso. La reception mi ha dato l'acqua le prime volte, ma il quindicesimo giorno , la reception mi ha confermato che dovevo andare al ristorante per prenderlo. Dopo che sono andato al ristorante, gli ho dato direttamente l'acqua potabile in un bollitore invece dell'acqua minerale, che razza di magia è questa?

UUtente ospite1. La tipologia di camera nel Dorset è buona, il letto è comodo e la stanza è più grande del previsto.
2. Il bagno è molto pulito e c'è un portasciugamani riscaldato a disposizione. Ma gli articoli da toeletta forniti non sono buoni e i miei capelli sembrano astringenti dopo il lavaggio.
3. C'è un addetto alla reception nella hall che parla cinese.
4. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto di Heathrow. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel, che porta direttamente a Buckingham Palace. Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere anche la stazione della metropolitana con una breve passeggiata.
5. Accanto c'è un centro commerciale molto grande.
6. Il servizio in camera è molto lento e di solito richiede assistenza. È davvero un vecchio hotel.

UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato questa volta prima del mio volo da Heathrow T5. Mi sono innamorato del carattere di questo hotel perché offre davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un po' datato, ma mi piace e il suo posizionamento è sorprendente per gli osservatori di aerei. Hai tutto il necessario e questa volta un paio di biscotti di pasta frolla in camera con la selezione di tè/caffè. Grazie Thistle, soprattutto Parik e Mechell e l'adorabile donna delle pulizie che è sempre fuori a spazzare le foglie cadute quando la vedo! Tornerò.

Il primo giorno, ti preghiamo di farti consegnare le pantofole a casa entro cinque minuti.
L'ho chiesto il giorno successivo e ho detto che sarebbe stato consegnato ma non è successo.
Ho dovuto vestirmi e scendere a chiedere. La risposta è stata andare direttamente al concierge alla porta per prenderlo 🙂
Altre recensioni dicono che non ci sono cocktail gratuiti al momento del check-in.

CChris134Questa volta darò il massimo a questo hotel. Il check-in è sempre molto professionale e la TV funzionava! Il mio unico rammarico è di aver prenotato solo una notte perché la colazione è così buona. Ero un po' di fretta e avrei voluto mangiare di più!
Purtroppo ho dovuto lamentarmi di alcuni ospiti apparentemente irrispettosi nel cuore della notte, ma il personale è stato disponibile a risolvere il problema per me.
L'hotel è confortevole e molto ben fornito, per il prezzo, ed è proprio vicino a Paddington, oltre ad alcuni ristoranti eccellenti (compresi gli italiani su entrambi i lati, appena più avanti sulla strada), quindi molto comodo. Spero di prenotare di nuovo un'altra volta (pensavo che il mio ultimo soggiorno fosse stato l'anno scorso, ma era a febbraio 😂). Grazie!

JJames BladesGreat stay, during the Christmas period. Short term booking notice was very convenient for me, easy check in and very comfortable suite. Felt like a home away from him.
Pros:
- Polite and happy to help staff
- Right in the middle of Hammersmith, 5 minute walk from the station or the high street with shopping malls and a variety of shops
- Nice, gated rock table garden with ashtrays out the front
- Executive studio had a nice large modern room, bathroom, kitchen with flat screen and private veranda with table and ashtray
- Left to your own devices to self cater which I enjoyed, housekeeping still asked to clean the room during my stay which is nice
- Cooker/microwave, separate microwave, kettle, hidden mid sized fridge, fan, good heating, nice artwork,
- Very comfy pillows and duvet, plenty of clean towels
- Great mattresses for a perfect sleep
- Large mirror and full sized desk in the room
- Nice lighting and very atmospheric
- Separate entrance to main hotel
- Pots, frying pan, cutlery, wine glasses and mug was provided which was convenient
- Managed to cook multiple elements of a dish with no smoke alarm triggers or problems
- French doors onto the private dug out veranda was a very nice feature
- It's only £10 per hour to extend check-out which I added an extra hour on so I have more time to leave with no complaints from the manager
- Cost was very reasonable for the holiday season, made a great short 3 day stay very easy to book short notice
Cons:
- Not much to the hotel, 5 metre wide reception area by front door which is awkward
- My suite was located downstairs, where there were also other guest rooms however the hallway looked like the cleaners storeroom and unkept.
- Noise from hallway, slamming doors by other guests or housekeepers can be heard which would shake the TV
- 5hr wait for a remote control for the TV
- No toilet roll
- Advertised a king sized bed, but it was two singles locked together
- Other guests window located on large veranda, which didn't have cover from the rain. If the guests next door open the curtains you see the entire room vice versa which was the case
- TV is on the wall with a extendable clamp, but it was unsturdy and unlevel. If you tried to balance it screws fell out of the clamp with plaster dust which I had to screw back in after trying to turn the screen on.
I really enjoyed my stay with the hotel; which turned out to be more of a self catering, collection of mini apartments which suited me well. It was lovely to not have to leave the hotel for fresh air and to have to private outside area to the suite was a great touch for central London. Odd bits and bobs that could be fixed or more well presented, but that didn't bother my stay. I would 100% recommended the hotel and would stay again. Just be aware of the noise from the hallways entering the room, it's wasn't excessive but definitely noticeable.

AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.
