Where do I start… - Main Restaurant was closed and the only other option was Indian Street food - We were told the Main Bar was booked for a private function which is fair enough, but we were also told we couldn’t use the Rooftop Bar. Then told we could, then we couldn’t, then we could but only until 5:00pm - The room I had (224) was an absolute disgrace! (Just look at the photos…) - Cigarette burns in the bath and curtains - Air-Con was broken so the room was roasting. There was a mini unit in the room but it was so loud it just wasn’t feasible to use - The TV in the Bedroom area had I volume despite trying several ways to fix it - The tray in the shower was FILTHY! - Chipped fixings, broken sockets, peeling wallpaper and all sorts of marks and stains on everything - The staff in general seemed pretty disengaged and almost like they were there to take a wage, with little to no interest in actually providing a service For almost £400 a night for 3 of us this just isn’t acceptable for what ‘claims’ to be a 5* Hotel. There is absolutely no way on earth that this is even close to a 3* Hotel I have stayed in Holiday Inns on the motorway that have had much, much higher standards and quality. Don’t be fooled by the website and the pictures - that’s a veneer of luxury masking what is a very drab, dreary and inferior experience!

Absolutely loved my stay at the Sanderson - and was surprised to see that it’s still on point some 23 years after it opened. The service was impeccable (big thanks to Andre for the especially smiley service) and the rooms were huge! I tried out two and was very happy with the Deluxe King that I ultimately settled on. Bed, and bed linen - great, also appreciated the enormous floor to ceiling mirrors. Wonderful natural light and view from Room 601 - the proximity to the lift didn’t even bother me! And lastly - I was worried that the decor might feel a little dated. It definitely is of a certain era (was giving me 00s flashbacks in the best way) but I found it really charming and it brought back some wonderful memories. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Edison è come sempre buono e la qualità è così.L'hotel a Londra è troppo costoso, quindi ha determinato il tipo di camera più economico.Il male è che non c'è paesaggio fuori dalla finestra.Questa casa è molto sensata, l'entrata è molto bella, ma ci sono molti bar intorno alla notte, se cammina. I servizi di lavanderia sono ancora specialmente personalizzati. Il sapore di caffè è al piano di sotto della mattina. Il sapore di laboratorio nero è molto comodo.La stanza è piena di accesso, il bagno è tutto circondato da pioggia e acqua di riserva.L'interruttore della luce è anche molto delicato.

Come viaggiatore di diamante elite con IHG, pensavo che le camere fossero date e potessi fare con un piccolo aggiornamento. cose semplici come gli estrattori USB, che sono abbastanza standard nella maggior parte degli hotel IHG, ecc. La nostra camera iniziale era al 5° piano e non ci era stato consigliato che l'A/C non funzionasse. Solo una nota per aggiungere - si può qui la linea del tubo se si è sui piani inferiori, quindi ricordatelo se si è un sonnoletto leggero.

Bellissimo hotel in una splendida posizione, personale così accogliente prima ancora di entrare, sono fuori sorridenti e ti danno il benvenuto, facendo il possibile per aiutarti. La reception e il concierge sono fantastici, i casi consegnati nella nostra stanza quasi istantaneamente. Posizione davvero eccezionale per spostarsi ma piedi e ritrovarsi quasi tutto a pochi metri. E poi svegliarsi scendere ed essere a piccadilly circus non ha rivali😍 Le stanze sono piccole ma in fin dei conti si sta poco in stanza e comunque c’è tutto quello che ti serve. Ci hanno pure dato una multi presa perché non avevamo l’adattatore. Gentilissimi. Super consigliato

You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

Booked single room, got a twin room for no extra. Bathroom was excellent (better than most 4/5 star hotels). Breakfast is not available and there is no restaurant in the hotel HOWEVER : next door is a reasonable priced restaurant, and the restaurant on the corner (c 30m away) serves breakfasts Very good value if (like me) you need a hotel in central London on a budget

Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro a Soho. L'hotel è confortevole, con camere curate, ma davvero minuscole concentrate in pochi metri quadrati. Bene per viaggi di affari. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che non è facile trovare delle tariffe così interessanti in questa zonza di Londra.
