Io, fratello e sorella e padre rimase per una notte per il 80° compleanno di mio padre. Ho contattato l'hotel in anticipo per farli sapere che era il compleanno di mio padre e l'hotel organizzato molto gentilmente per i biscotti complimentari per la sua stanza d'hotel insieme a offrirci un drink benvenuto sulla casa e aveva anche lasciato una carta scritta a mano nel suo spazio. Sono andati oltre e oltre per fargli sentire speciale e il contatto personale è stato molto apprezzato. Haytam è stato particolarmente utile e amichevole per assicurarci che abbiamo tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno - grazie per la vostra ospitalità. Le camere erano piene di mod cons - amavano le cieche nere automatiche. Abbiamo bevuto e cibo nel bar durante la serata - bella equilibrio di un'atmosfera, ma non troppo alta e il cibo è stato ben presentato. Super vicino al tubo Moorgate e non lontano da Liverpool St anche così facile da raggiungere e un bel soggiorno in generale così sicuramente consiglia.

Non sono rimasto in una birra di Montcalm, perché era chiusa a causa di Covid! Tuttavia, ho rimasto qui prima e mi è piaciuto molto. Un luogo decadente con personale sorprendente. Molto pulito, caldo, confortevole e un senso di grande qualità. I letti sono eccezionalmente piacevoli da dormire e le bagni sono spaziose e luminose. Non mi sono piaciuto il cibo, ma sono stato aggiornato in una precedente occasione in una sala del club che mi ha dato accesso a ... bene.. la sala del club. Uno spazio che offre un accesso illimitato a snack e bevande.

As I’m arriving with my luggage, I’m greeted with two employees that walk outside from the hotel to help me with my bags and assist me to the check-in desk. They assisted with my luggage and introduced all the amenities in my room. A great welcoming after a 12hr travel. I stayed in the Montcalm room. This room was astonishing and so comfortable. Lighting, heated bathroom floors, and a very comfortable bed. Dining: 10/10 room service, but they also provide an amazing dining experiences located at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is beyond amazing and provided the best hospitality I’ve ever received. I am traveling from the states and will come back to stay here again!

Booked this hotel for a trip to London because I wanted to stay somewhere more elevated. I was disappointed, for the price I was charged an extra £13 per night for ”service charge”. Which I didn't really understand, I wouldn't have been to fussed having my bed made for £13 per night. Everything you do has a service charge even breakfast even though the service was below average (and so was the food...). We went to the al a carte breakfast on the roof top, I think there are so so so many better options and places to go. The photos make the room look so much bigger then it is. Staff were nice and friendly but I think next time I will go for; The Hoxton (more central for similar cost) or even a premier inn to be honest. I was super disappointed as was really looking forward to it.

Appena giunti siamo stati colpiti dalla particolarità del posto… un albergo/ostello, con la reception in un Pub tipico Inglese… Tra l’altro sconto del 25% sul menù del pub per gli ospiti, ed una millantata colazione gratuita… Dico millantata perché quando la mattina ci siamo avviati verso il buffet (se un tavolo con qualche fetta di pane, prosciutto e formaggio può definirsi un buffet), il titolare ci ha chiesto se avessimo fatto prenotazione da Booking.com, o dal loro sito, e quando abbiamo riferito di aver prenotato tramite Booking.com, ci ha chiesto 4£ a testa… vabbè, abbiamo declinato e siamo andati altrove… Il posto è carino, ma manca di qualsiasi comodità che possa addirsi ad un hotel, ma anche ad un B&B… stanza priva di armadio, comodino, un solo telo doccia a testa, niente asciugacapelli ed ovviamente prese elettriche locali, per cui impossibile utilizzare i propri, a meno che non si disponga di un riduttore. Quando abbiamo chiesto un riduttore per le prese elettriche italiane, hanno chiesto 4£… insomma una vera fissazione per le magagne! Devo comunque dire che al pub, la sera abbiamo mangiato bene! Insomma, di certo non ci tornerei nemmeno sotto tortura… però almeno abbiamo avuto modo di dormire a due passi dalla stazione di Liverpool Street, che per chi parte dall’aeroporto di Stansted è una tappa obbligata!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina alla stazione della metropolitana della banca, conveniente per la gita, e i supermercati, i bar, i ristoranti cinesi e le farmacie sono molto completi intorno.La hall dell'hotel è decorata in modo splendido, l'hotel è stato ristrutturato nell'ultimo edificio della sede della banca di Londra.Il servizio della ricetta è buono, ma il servizio del ristorante per la colazione è molto cattivo! Non posso ritardare il primo giorno dopo la colazione. Dopo quasi un'ora, quando ho chiesto al cameriere, l'ospite ha detto che non aveva ancora ordinato?!Il quarto giorno è passato 10:00 la colazione, dicendo che il tempo è chiuso!E il check-in è finito alle 10:30!E'incredibile!!!!

Questo hotel è molto conveniente, ma le strutture sono un po' datate. Il bagno nella nostra camera non scarica molto bene. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani potrebbero non avere finestre (la camera è al piano terra e le altre camere sono non molto chiaro) e il rapporto tra le luci è un po' giallo, ma nel complesso non male. La posizione è ancora un po' lontana da varie attrazioni di Londra, ma puoi raggiungerla a piedi se sei interessato, ma è molto vicina al centro visti di VFS Global, penso che non ci vorranno più di cinque minuti a piedi, il che è anche il motivo per cui questa volta l'ho scelto. Se verrò a Londra per richiedere un visto la prossima volta, continuerò a pensare di scegliere lui~

Hotel situato nella zona della City, degli uffici, banche, assicurazioni. La vista dalla camera era molto suggestiva e la camera quadrupla stessa presentava buone dimensioni, un solo bagno e ottime dotazioni. Personale veramente veramente ottimo, anche con i bambini sono stati gentilissimi. Per la visita della città non è sicuramente comodo con i bambini viaggiare avanti e indietro. La piscina non è fruibile, l'acqua è ghiacciata. Colazione buona ma nulla di memorabile, in room service anche. La fermata di Liverpool Street dista 3 minuti a piedi. Il target dell'hotel sono le persone che lavorano in trasferta.

E'facile passare senza attenzione, quindi ogni volta che torni vicino, devi guardare un po'.Ci sono le scale e le scale (le scale sono piccole per le prossime due adulti e due bagagli). Ma questi punti non influenzano l'esperienza di qualità della mia permanenza. In primo luogo, la ricezione della reception è molto entusiasta. Anche se l'inglese è come carta bianca, non capisco completamente che lei sia stupefacente, ma sento ancora il suo atteggiamento attento e entusiasta 👍 Nessun senso di vecchiaia per un centinaio di anni nelle strutture interne e esterne dell'hotel, Mantenendo qualche secolo di temperatura, ma le attrezzature interne sono molto moderne, soprattutto la salsa, semplice e pulita, abbastanza per soddisfare le mie esigenze di salsa. Vale la pena ricordare che il caffè, il bagno, il biscotto, il cioccolato sono forniti ogni giorno. L'acqua e l'acqua calda possono essere forniti gratuitamente in quantità illimitata 👍 Il giorno prima abbiamo comprato anche la cintura d'acqua al supermercato. 2L Anche se non puoi comprare 1 se hai bisogno di comprarlo ogni giorno, Anche i problemi sono costosi.In particolare, la mia macchina per il caffè in questa stanza 😂 è buona per usare la mia prima idea di sollevare un hotel 😅 che vuole comprare un ritorno immediato. È molto conveniente ovunque. Il bus e la stazione di metropolitana sono vicini alla metro, E'ancora conveniente giocare stanco e tornare all'hotel per riposare.Certo, questa gita a Londra è molto meglio dell'esperienza del metro 👍 Insomma, l'hotel è molto felice. Se hai la possibilità di restare ancora, vorrei anche raccomandare ai tuoi amici 😊😊

I am an East Ender who has lived in the US since 2001. When I come ”home” every year. I primarily stay in hotels but this trip I picked The Moorgate by Cove as (a) it is close to the tube and overground rail services I use and (b) the great reviews. The Moorgate by Cove opened in March 2023 so everything is still relatively new. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. I am not sure who designed the rooms but I am certain it is not someone who travels or has a problem bending down. Based on the great reviews I appreciate that some of the following are not an issue for other travelers but I feel they are worthy of a mention as they may impact the comfort of your stay: (1)There is no wardrobe/closet in the bedroom. There is a two tiered clothes rack for items that can go on a hanger but nowhere to store any other clothes. There is a shelved cupboard opposite the kitchen area but the shelves are too shallow for storing clothing, shoes etc. Consequently you have to live out of your suitcase but there is very little floor space around the bed to store it. They do not have luggage racks so suitcases will be on the floor (bending over). (2) As I discovered on my first night, the floor of the shower is as slippery as a sheet of ice. They did provide me with a non slip mat but frankly these should be in the showers as a matter of safety. (3) The ceilings are high so the pan shower is far from your head unless you are about 6'5”. I'm sure this is not an issue for everyone but if you have long hair like me it is pretty ineffectual at rinsing the shampoo from your hair. (4) There is nowhere in the shower for your own toiletries (mentioned in a previous review). The only place to put them is on the shower floor (bending over). (5) There is a hairdryer but nowhere to plug it in by a mirror (mentioned in a previous review) (6) The safe is on the bottom shelf of the shelving unit in the kitchen. More bending required and you have to get down on all fours to check it is empty. (7) An ironing board is provided but due to the lack of a wardrobe or closet it takes pride of place next to the sofa in the living room. (8) The kitchen was very well equipped. The cutlery drawer is under the oven (more bending). There is a mini dishwasher however the dinner plates are too big for it. There is nowhere to drain items you wash by hand. (9) On TripAdvisor housekeeping is listed as a Room Feature. To clarify it is provided every 7 days otherwise there is a cost. (10) There is nowhere to store luggage at The Moorgate. You can store it at their property 10 minutes away but that is extremely inconvenient. With regard to my ”luck” vs other travelers I had the following issues: (1) The towels are thick and fluffy but contained curly short black hairs that were not mine. Staff were extremely apologetic and switched them out. (2) No hot water on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. This was due to an issue with the boiler and impacted the entire building. (3) On Thursday morni
