Hotel in zona Mero Retro, Londra

Assolutamente perfetto soggiorno. Facile da prenotare e controllare. Perfetta posizione se si sta viaggiando in città! Il personale è stato super amichevole e utile! Quando viaggio per affari ora userò sempre questo hotel

Non è troppo lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana e c'è un parco piuttosto grande dall'altra parte della strada. La reception dell'hotel è calda. Le strutture interne sono relativamente nella media, l'area è piccola, un po' vecchia e il materasso è molto morbido.

La reception dell'hotel era molto cordiale e la camera era scontata a causa dell'accessibilità. La camera era grande, ma l'aria condizionata non sembrava funzionare molto bene e faceva molto freddo. Il cibo da asporto può essere consegnato direttamente alla reception e il prezzo è ok.

L'hotel è pulito, ben tenuto, servizio cordiale, sicuro (esagerato: devi mettere la tua carta ovunque). Offre un'ottima selezione di cibi per la colazione (inglese, continentale + waffle) L'hotel addebita un deposito sulla tua carta, che verrà rimborsato immediatamente al momento del check-out. Tuttavia, al momento della prenotazione non c'erano informazioni al riguardo. Ci sono molti negozi intorno all'hotel, tra cui Poundland e Tesco, aperto da tempo. La domenica nelle strade vicine viene allestito un mercato. Non so quanto sopra, ma nella nostra stanza la vista dalla finestra era su un muro cieco

Perché sono andato a Londra per Natale🎄⋯La prima tappa è stata il British Museum🇬🇧⋯, quindi ho prenotato un hotel vicino al British Museum⋯Questo hotel è il più conveniente⋯L'hotel è buono⋯La stazione della metropolitana è al piano di sotto⋯L' la stazione ferroviaria è di fronte⋯Viaggio Molto conveniente⋯⋯Anche se la casa è piccola e raffinata⋯, è igienica⋯Pulita e ordinata⋯I camerieri sono propositivi ed entusiasti⋯Viene pulita ogni giorno⋯Ci sono posti dove mangiare, bere e divertirsi in giro⋯Dopo una settimana di vacanze natalizie⋯Buon viaggio⋯

Posizione molto comoda, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kings Cross. È necessario migliorare l'isolamento acustico in quanto è possibile sentire le persone che camminano al piano di sopra per tutta la notte. Personale molto cordiale

Utilizziamo la Royal National ogni volta che visitiamo Londra, il che può accadere alcune volte all'anno, all'inizio per la posizione (è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Russell Square, a 10 minuti dal British Museum e a 15 minuti da Oxford Street), ma ora per la pulizia e la cordialità del personale, questa volta abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito in una camera nuova e rinnovata, i letti sono sempre comodi e la camera è sempre estremamente pulita, niente è un problema per il personale delle pulizie e gli extra come il tè e il latte ecc. viene sempre fornito non appena richiesto. Anche il pub in loco è un vantaggio che offre pasti e un'area salotto all'aperto con tv a grande schermo che questa volta mostrava le partite dell'euro, non era rumoroso o turbolento ed essendo sul retro dell'hotel non abbiamo sentito nulla. Continueremo a utilizzare l'hotel per ogni visita che faremo a Londra.

We always stay at the Lion & Key when we visit London and have been fortunate enough to stay here again in October, December, and also January for my husbands 80th birthday. This really is the ”Savoy” of the small hotels in London and we always know without fail, we will have the most perfect stay. All the staff genuinely care about their guests having the best experience and you cannot fault the care and attention to detail that this hotel takes to ensure an excellent customer experience. They have a great team of which we would like to thank Giorgio, Kanti and Stephania for making all our visits a home away from home. The rooms and also public areas in the hotel are kept pristinely clean and are bright and cheerful. I love the attention to detail this hotel has even with the smallest thing. i.e. the shower cap in the bathroom also has a small hairband in the box ,which is excellent if you have long hair and can’t find your own! The beds are also extremely comfortable and we both always have an excellent night sleep. We love the open kitchen where you can see all the food being freshly prepared and cooked to order. They are very generous with their breakfast time which doesn’t end until 12 o’clock lunchtime. The choice and range that they offer in their restaurant, regardless of breakfast or main meals throughout the day would accommodate even the most fussiest eaters, which I am, but even I am extremely spoilt for choice as the breakfast menu is so comprehensive. The quality of the ingredients used in the restaurant is first class and so is the time and care in presentation which also reflects the pride that they take. We can honestly say that the breakfast’s we have at the L&K are the most tastiest, freshest, consistently perfect breakfast’s we have ever had and far exceed the quality that we have experienced over the years in 4 & 5 star hotels. To be honest, we often wonder how they continuously provide such care and attention to detail for the customer, even more so since Covid as many many hotels and restaurants seem to still use this as an excuse for a less than perfect service or menu range. We must’ve had over 100 of breakfasts since we have been coming here in 2018 and the eggs are always perfectly cooked with a lovely orange yolk, regardless of whether it’s a normal full English breakfast, or my husbands favorite the Egg Royale. We very rarely eat sausages or bacon at home, but the quality and taste of the ones here are amazing, so we always, always enjoy our breakfast which set us up for exploring all day. The transport links to this hotel are excellent as well. There are four buses that go past the hotel to Leyton underground, one of which is running 24 hours and they seem to come by every few minutes. Stratford is only four stops from Leyton so excellent connections for overground, DLR, O2 etc. Liverpool Street is the next stop along for even more connections so the location we find is a great asset to wherever we

Proprio accanto alla stazione di Paddington quindi puoi andare ovunque a Londra Pensavo che fossimo più vicini al centro città ma era a 20/30 minuti di distanza l'hotel era buono per quello che abbiamo pagato non mi aspettavo 5* era buona posizione e pulito unico problema il nostro problema era che ti facevano pagare per lasciare i bagagli se avevi un volo/treno in ritardo di cui non avevo mai sentito parlare prima, quindi dovevamo portare i nostri bagagli in giro sarebbe stato più facile se avessimo potuto lasciarli e tornare indietro
