Staff super cordiale e preparato, location pulita e curata, stanza molto molto spaziosa con tutti i comfort necessari. Se oltre a questa perfezione si pensa che é il primo hotel al mondo a zero emissioni di co2, beh, cosa si può chiedere di meglio? Assolutamente da prendere in considerazione se si vuole visitare Londra, ha anche la fermata della metro a pochi passi e varie fermate dei bus! Estremamente consigliato!

The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, but there’s nothing wrong with that as long as it’s advertised as such. A warning for less able clients - all the rooms are on the 1st / 2nd / 3rd floor and there isn’t a lift. If you can’t use stairs or lift a suitcase, here isn’t for you. The en-suite in our room wasn’t the cleanest. When we arrived, the bin hadn’t been replaced. There was also a really strong smell of urine every time we entered the room - even after housekeeping had been. The drain for the shower was very slow, so every time we showered, the tray filled with water. All that said, the service was lovely. The staff were helpful - especially the staff member who works the breakfast service. There was also another staff member on our last day who gave us travel information because there were no trains from Kew that day.

Great hotel Friendly informative staff very helpful Ideal location for Twickenham We walked to ground which took just over an hour then caught 267 bus back Hotel room was very clean and had lovely large towels in bathroom The breakfast for a full English was £9.99 and there was plenty of choice with staff filling up food quickly and efficiently throughout the morning Limited spaces in car park but there is an alternative just down the hill Would recommend

Grande posizione, molto conveniente per tubi e autobus. Molto sicuro. La stanza era pulita. Ma molto rumore con traffico stradale. Nessun blocco di ciechi o cortine, così la luce è arrivata molto presto. La camera da bagno ha bisogno di una buona pulizia. Il molla sul schermo di doccia al fondo era cattivo. La cosa più terribile era che dopo mezzanotte mi fosse stato abuso verbalmente da una persona aggressiva che aveva appena arrivato, che stava sbattere le porte e sbattere e scendere sulla strada. Quando, dopo 40 minuti di ascolto, le chiese gentilmente di stare più calma, mi incontrai con un torrente di abusi, così spaventato che mi sono lasciato alle 6 di quella mattina.
