L'edificio è molto piccolo nel suo complesso, e il portafoglio è un po'difficile.La stanza è pulita, ma anche se chiudi la finestra, puoi sentire il rumore fuori.

If you're looking for somewhere to SLEEP, I do not recommend this hotel! We stayed for 1 night and got no sleep due to an event on in the room above ours. This is a pretty old building so the walls, floors etc are all very thin. The music was SO loud in our room it was vibrating the lights! and could be easily heard word for word....even in the shower!! We complained to reception who told us there were no other rooms available...the lady working spoke with the hotel manager who was off. She informed her the event was on till 1am but the music would be turned down at 12....this did not happen! When they finally turned the music off at 1:30 they then spend another 2 hours dragging furniture around which was also incredibly loud! We finally fell asleep and were then startled awake before 8am by them dragging heavy furniture around again!! We complained again when checking out and member of staff apologised but was not sympathetic to the situation at all. We felt it was as though they cared more about keeping the event guests happy than the hotel residents. The manager was still off but was due in the following day, our information was to be passed to her for her to call us (as we obviously requested a full refund)....we've still heard nothing from her!.... My husband and I never complain and if there's a problem we just suck it up, but this was so shocking and unbelievable it could not be ignored!

Ogni volta che visito Londra preferisco soggiornare a Kensington, quartiere molto caratteristico, con diversi ristoranti nei dintorni e molto comodo per visitare la città viste le diverse linee di metro nelle vicinanze. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo. Le camere sono piuttosto spaziose, pulite e tranquille. Prima colazione ad un prezzo accessibile, buona ma avrei gradito una maggiore scelta di bevande (no tè verde, caffè espresso a pagamento,…). Personale molato gentile.

È relativamente pulito e igienico, per i primi tre giorni hanno fornito acqua minerale in bottiglia, ma per i due giorni successivi la fornitura è stata interrotta, non capisco il motivo. L'offerta della camera non è riuscita a tenere il passo nei due giorni successivi e il cameriere deve essere cambiato. E la cosa più insoddisfacente è che hanno bussato alla porta prima delle nove della mattina del check-out, non capivamo perché sembrava che ci incitassero ad andare via ma noi stavamo ancora masticando la colazione. Il prezzo della camera è relativamente alto, al momento del pagamento è passata improvvisamente al piano executive ed è stata costretta ad aprire, la colazione non era inclusa. Oltre alla posizione geografica, è molto comodo giocare in centro città. L'attesa dell'ascensore alle 9 del mattino a volte richiede 5-10 minuti. L'ascensore è relativamente piccolo e ci possono salire al massimo tre persone con i bagagli. Non consigliato

L'hotel è situato in una zona comoda con tutto intorno a te a pochi passi. La camera in sé è molto piccola, le foto non le rendono giustizia. Mi sentivo un po' claustrofobico se devo essere sincero. Anche nel lavandino e nel bagno c'erano i peli di altre persone.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal British Museum, la camera è relativamente grande e la colazione è buona, nel complesso è conveniente a Londra.

Viaggiato a Londra per il fine settimana per vedere Moulin Rouge È stato davvero piacevole il fine settimana, l'hotel era sorprendente, molto impressionato, ogni membro del personale era gentile e molto accogliente Solo una cosa che posso colpire è stato un odore nel nostro bagno quando siamo tornati. Il teatro sembrava andarsene quando si stava scappando la doccia.
