Hotel a 3 stelle a London

È un hotel molto buono. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto accoglienti e amichevoli. Il colazione è stato di gran lunga il migliore che abbia mai avuto rispetto ad altri hotel. La piscina era di buona dimensione e la mia famiglia ha goduto di passare del tempo. Sarebbe sicuramente tornato a questo hotel per future visite.

Il personale è fantastico! Il processo di check-in è stato facile e semplice, le camere sono enormi e pulite, è facile ottenere asciugamani extra (Kudos housekeeping!), il colazione è perfetta, e amo solo quanto amichevole e utile il loro personale. I miei amici e io rimarremo qui, quando saremo a Londra!

Il centro leadership Ivey è molto vicino all'ospedale universitario. Anche se nel cuore della città, a causa delle spaziose e belle terre, si sente come se si trovasse nel paese. Though perhaps not the 'city view' we were expecting, we spent a fair bit of time on the 2nd floor balcony watching the world go by. There were a fair number of sketchy characters, but we always felt safe when we were out and about. The location was very walkable, and also gave quick access to the wonderful riverside bike trails. Parking was available at a small cost, and it was in a secure basement lot. Our room was large and quite comfortable, with pretty much everything we needed. The elevator and/or garage door was quite noisy, but we learned to turn on the air conditioning to drown it out. Probably less of an issue in a room that wasn't over the garage and by the elevator. Staff were courteous and helpful. Though not without flaws, it was a nice spot and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Excellent service from the staff, very clean and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating from making the reservations to checking in and out. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.

Stayed overnight. Kind of hard to access from road…driveway full of potholes. Problem with checkin, room not ready. Hotel offered 24/7 coffee, tea, hot water. Lots of unattended children running around. 1 elevator only. Room was clean thou floor kind of sticky. Breakfast was good with very pleasant and efficient attendant. Overall the property was clean and well maintained however was on the “tired” side. Would recommend to all.
