Sempre il posto migliore in transito. Sono stato aiutato con i miei bagagli dal personale. Il personale della reception è sempre il più cordiale possibile, qualunque cosa accada. Il taxi è stato ordinato in tempo e sono riuscito ad arrivare all'aeroporto per il check-in. La vicinanza alle stazioni della metropolitana e ai negozi, oltre a tutti i ristoranti, lo rendono un ottimo posto con prezzi decenti. Sempre il posto migliore per un breve soggiorno o una sosta.

Era sporco, inospitale e non sapevo di dover pagare un deposito cauzionale che sto ancora aspettando indietro.

Stayed here for one night as had relative in hospital. Gods for 1 night stay. Small room but was good for what we needed it for

There is no lift so it is inconvenient when you have baggage.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación Buen servicio y buena atención Aún así tengo que decir que es un edificio en el que se nota la antigüedad Habitación doble de buen tamaño con moqueta que no me gusta pero es lo que hay El frigorifico no enfria mucho pero se puede usar Quizá lo peor el colchón que era muy muy blando pensaba que dormiría mal pero no fue asi dormí perfectamente En líneas generales le doy un notable

We arrived a few hours earlier than the usual check in time and were delighted to be offered complimentary early check in. Our room was several floors up with no lift but we were offered help with our bags. Our room was fine. Not great (iron burns in the carpet and a sticking bathroom door) and the toilet was small and cramped to the toilet roll holder. However for a couple of nights it was OK. Our trip was to go to the Natural History Museum and that was within 10 mins walk. Lots of local restaurants (we went to Carluccio's) so no problem the Brompton doesn't do food. Happy to recommend and we'd stay again.

There is bed bug in the room fir the first night we stayed. The manager changed our room the next night. Location is perfect and price is very competitive.

After paying £65 for one night, we arrived and they expected us to pay another £75 (more than the room itself cost) the person behind the reception dest was rude and unhelpful. Upon entering the room we saw what looked like blood stained carpet. The windows were moldy and the bathroom door was stiff and wouldn’t lock. Overall the room was dirty and not what we expected. The tv wouldn’t work and we were told there was nothing they could do about it because they couldn’t remove the tv from the wall to fix the wire. So we were left in a dirty room with no entertainment. I would not recommend this place to worst enemy.

Disappointing, as it could be a lovely place if it had decoration and maintenance done to it. Angry that I was unaware of having to pay a £75.00 security fee for any damage done. I have never had to pay this kind of fee in any of the hotels I have stayed at. What a cheek. I would think twice about staying there again.😞

Very nice hotel right next to a tube station and close to the museums. Room was comfortable and warm. Would definitely stay again.

The room was comfy and spacious. Hotel is very close to tube station which made commuting very easy. There were a few good dinning options nearby. Museums are all on walking distance.

Broken shower faucet. Had a hard time trying to get the temperature right. Broken heater. No elevator.

Nice hotel with central location very close to the tube. Room was nice, but a bit worn down in general. The room had safe, bathtub, and a refrigerator.
