questo hotel è facile da trovare ma quando arrivi di notte, è super rumoroso con molte persone ubriache per strada. puoi vedere e sentire molti giovani intorno che urlano, parlano, ridono molto forte anche se sei nella stanza. questa stanza ha una doccia interna ma è inutile e spreca spazio. non può essere utilizzata perché perde acqua se ci metti dentro. la gamba della sedia è di metallo e il pavimento non è moquette. quindi quando regoli la sedia, la trascini, super rumoroso. quindi quando vai su o giù nella stanza trascini la sedia a mezzanotte, puoi sicuramente sentirti chiaramente e disturbare il tuo sonno

C'è solo una reception cinese che ha un buon atteggiamento ed è disposta ad aiutare a risolvere il problema.La maggior parte delle reception coreane è indifferente e non ha alcun servizio! Dovrebbe essere per gli ospiti locali, non è amichevole con i cinesi! E c'è un costo aggiuntivo per gli spazzolini da denti, il che è un po' complicato!

We had an absolutely amazing time at. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Great Location , near Jong no(3) ga station ,where a lot of street food and people for hang-out . So cool.

Room was clean, location was good. Room was not cleaned for days however after checking in and no towel replacements automatically given unless explicitly asked.

Honestly this hotel was really amazing the staff was very kind my room was very clean the bath was so great and shower they have Netflix and YouTube and really such a fun area to be in it’s a must stay I think the neg reviews are people being picky for someone that’s been in Korea 2 years this was a great place I will stay again

The staff are not friendly and not supportive for tourists. Asked the hotel to call a cab to airport’s bus station, but the front staff refuse to help.

위치는 너무 좋다 하지만 방청소는 최악이야 나는 매일 같은 비용을 지불한다 그렇다면 매일 새로 입실할때와 같은 청결이 유지 되야 하는거 아닌가? 5박6일간 베드 정리가 한번도 안됐다 심지어 수건 교환이 안된 날도 있다 3박후 내가 침구 교체를 요청 했다 같은 돈을 받으면서 왜 매일 같은 컨디션 유지가 안되는지 궁굼하다 그리고 세탁 서비스! 가장 기분 나빳다 어느 호텔을 가도 이런 서비스를 받아본적이 없어 내 세탁물을 봉투에 담아서 보냈다 세탁이 완료된후 그 봉투에 그대로 구겨 넣어서 보냈다 옷은 다 구겨지고 이게 세탁을 마친건지 내가 보낸 그댜로 다시 보낸건지 구별이 안된다 만원이라는 유료 서비스 인데 정리는 아니어도 최소한 싸구려 옷걸이라도 이용해줘야 하는거 아닌가 싶다 여튼 위치빼고 나머지 서비스는 최악

不推薦咱們中國人！！歧視中國人 圖一是我總共花1600元定的酒店展示圖 剩下是我實際入住的酒店，房型不一致，酒店説滿房了不給換 最主要的是前台一個很壯的年輕韓國男人，態度惡劣！罵罵咧咧的，而且要激動的站起來和我説話！ 感覺要動手！！！ 而且我們第二天發現前台其他中國人也在投訴他們態度惡劣！！！真的不會再去這個國家！ 另外早餐衹是他們員工餐廳，就是一個煮方便麪，簡陋至極！！不要去！而且入住房間地面非常臟，肯定是不打掃的！！

房間很明亮，廁所很大，非常舒適，附近很多美食，唯獨是隔音不太好 ，但整體而言性價比好高。適合情侶入住，下次有機會會再入住這間酒店

鐘路3街駅から徒歩1分で着くのと、周辺は飲み屋街なので飲食店やコンビニがたくさんあり、また最近人気のカフェもある安国や景福宮も割と近くて市内へのアクセスもとてもいいです。 フロントには多い時で3,4人いたのでいつでも何かあると聞きやすく、安心でした。事前リクエストでバスタブのある部屋にしてほしいというのも受け入れてくださりました。 お部屋も綺麗だったのですが、バスタブのある部屋にすると半分ぐらいバスルームを占めてて面白かったですね笑 ただ、バスルームと部屋の境目はドアなどないので誰かと泊まる場合は注意かもです！ 一時的に衣類を干したかったけど、クローク以外にハンガー引っかけられる所がなかったのは少し不便でした。 またベッド横のコンセントの穴が二つあり、これまで泊まった韓国のホテルはCタイプの変換器ではゆるゆるすぎて抜けてたのにしっかりはまって、逆にSEタイプ入る方はすぐに抜けて意味なかったです。そっちは多分電気通ってないかも？この辺はどうにかしてほしいところ。 備え付けのTVはDisney+もNetflixもYouTubeも観れるのが◎ フロントで掃除は毎日してくださいと頼んだら快諾してくださり、衛生面は安心できました(ただ一日だけホテルに荷物を置きに夕方頃戻ったら部屋があるフロアをちょうど掃除中でした。20時頃に戻ったときにもされてなかったのでフロントに頼んだらすぐに掃除に入ってくれて対応は早かったです)。毎日綺麗なタオルと水2本ずついただけてとてもありがたかったです。 総合的に見てもとても良い立地、良い対応でした。また次回韓国に来る際は是非泊まりたいと思います。
