다른거 다 좋았는데 방문 아래 틈새가 너무 큰게 살짝 그랬어요. 방음에 예민하신분은 피하는게 좋을 것 같아요. 그 외에는 다 너무 좋았습니다 주방도 있고 완벽했어요

酒店位置很好，但供應商和酒店的標識是有問題的，沒有標出酒店是有地下室的，建議大家不要訂最便宜的房型，前臺中東人老闆聽到要換房也是很不耐煩，一次非常一般的體驗！

Ho prenotato una camera che veniva definita come monolocale suite executive con angolo cottura e salotto, ma nei fatti si trattava di una normalissima camera standard con un piccolo cucinino incassato dentro un armadio; salottino non pervenuto.

This is not a 4 star hotel. 1 or maybe 2 star at best. Stayed on the top floor, and I could hear everything. Super small corridors and difficult stairs if you have large suitcases / a lot of luggage. The room was clean enough but because of its shabby and drab decor with curtains that didn’t close properly and chips in the walls etc - it felt uncomfortable. A couple of grades below a travel lodge.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel located very close to Paddington station, so its location is indeed great and quite. Hotel itself is clean, room was spacey (we had a tripple bed room) and eqquiped with everything you need for your comfy stay (incl. a bulit in kitchenette). Staff was very polite and helpful (as we arrived at 1.30 AM and on our last day in London we were given opportunity to leave our luggage in the hotel and grab it prior to our departure to the airport in the evening). To sum up… we had a very nice stay in the Cleveland during our London trip.
