Bellissimo hotel in una splendida posizione, personale così accogliente prima ancora di entrare, sono fuori sorridenti e ti danno il benvenuto, facendo il possibile per aiutarti. Questo hotel ha alcune stanze strane. Ci è una piccola piattaforma all'interno della stanza. Un tavolo da caffè più 1 sedia sulla piattaforma. Poi non c'è spazio per mettere i miei bagagli. Viaggiamo in Europa per quasi un mese. Abbiamo 4 grandi bagagli e 2 piccole bagagli. Posso aprire solo una valigia e non posso aprire la porta o andare in bagno. Dopo un'ora di negoziazione con la ricezione, il direttore del Front Desk finalmente ci permette di avere una stanza più grande. In ogni caso, siamo felici di rimanere in questo hotel durante il mio viaggio di compleanno. La reception mi offre accesso alla sala a causa del mio soggiorno di compleanno in questo hotel.

It is close to many of the major sightseeing destinations, wonderful restaurants and shopping, with top notch service. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bedding can't be beat. The on site restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast each morning, or you can order off the menu. Charming bar as well. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. La posizione è ottima, dire che è a cinque minuti da Buckingham Palace è riduttivo, infatti è a poche decine di metri, è anche abbastanza vicino alla stazione della metropolitana ed è comodo per i trasporti in città. L'ambiente non è troppo rumoroso. Ci si sente sicuri. Ci sono supermercati e uffici nelle vicinanze. Una perfetta combinazione di atmosfera reale; il servizio molto sincero ed entusiasta di un manager, gli altri camerieri sono un po' superficiali ed educati, ma le esigenze generali del servizio vengono soddisfatte bene; la stanza è veramente piccola, soprattutto il corridoio è molto angusto, ma è comunque OK Ottieni quello per cui paghi.
