Non in una posizione centralissima ma comunque in una zona tranquilla e ben servita. L’hotel è proprio una chicca, con personale attento e gentile. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con qualche perla (es. la tv con già inserito il nome di chi prenota, un dispositivo per ricaricare il telefono wireless). Molto graditi i prodotti di Rituals in bagno. Davvero consigliato!

Ottimo hotel boutique vicino a Westfield Stratford. L'interno è bello e moderno. La camera è molto pulita e il letto è comodo. L'accoglienza è molto gentile. Problemi minori riscontrati: c'era una luce blu lampeggiante sotto la TV. L'ho coperto invece di chiamare la reception perché ero lì solo per una notte. È stato difficile estrarre il gel doccia dal flacone del gel doccia anche se il flacone sembra pieno. Ci tornerei perché è un hotel ben posizionato ed eccellente.

Servizio straordinario dall'inizio alla fine. Il personale ha fornito felicemente secchielli di ghiaccio quando gli è stato chiesto e ha lasciato un piatto dolce nella nostra stanza una volta consapevole che si trattava di un viaggio di compleanno. Non sono disponibili camere doppie doppie, quindi ci hanno dato due camere con una porta comunicante senza alcun costo per noi. Bar e ristorante decenti in hotel. Perfetto per l'accesso al centro di Londra e al centro commerciale Westfield.

Excellent on all accounts! Everything was perfect from the service to the lovely message for our anniversary they left in our room!

While waiting for the airport pickup after checking out, the female reception approached me asking for payment for service charge. When I told her that I would complain to Trip.com for this extra charge, she said it was their discretion to charge this additional charge to the guests or not (what?) and I had the option not to pay. And I told her that I chose not to pay. I am not sure what it is. But I felt something not right. From the start until I left, I never felt welcome at this hotel. I will not stay at this hotel again.

A lovely hotel. Great location for Abba Voyage but Camden, St . John's Wood and Greenwich are also within easy via DLR, underground and overground. If you Luke shopping and a good choice of restaurants it's right next to Westfield Stratford.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Stratford. I booked a Stratford suite for a 49th birthday celebration and we were upgraded to a Manhattan suite. The room was stunning with a dinning table, seating area with a sofa and armchairs and a bathroom with a bathtub and walk in shower. The staff left cakes and a message for his birthday which he absolutely loved. I will definitely be returning here in the near future.

Last minute staycation for my birthday with my girlfriend. Great location and good sized rooms. Didn't get to use as many of the amenities as only there for a night but the place had a really good vibe and I'd definitely go back.

Nice hotel, good location and good service. It'll be much better if drinking water can be provided on every day.

The location is close to public transportation and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
